Hex Invasion?

This has been talked about on and off for the last few weeks(mostly me asking over and over again)

Can we solidify our plans and or dash my hopes of blood and death on a grand new scale?

I will start off the discussion.

I suggest we attack the hex that is kind of nudging our backside; The one with Bespin in it.

I also recommend the Bespin hex, but for a different reason: it's got a really, really nice canon map that we can use for fleet/recon/etc.

I'm up for Bespin too, it's got Cortosis, and I built an ARGH mining outpost on there once with [member="Siobhan Kerrigan"], we may have left a stove on and it's been bugging me ever since FO took over

I've been assuming that ICly Firemane/ARGH discontinued operations on Bespin after it was first taken over by the Lords of the Fringe, then the First Order. Would be nice to reclaim the place though.


I'm flexible, but I support going for the Bespin hex. Brings back memories of the Omega Protectorate liberating Cloud City from the Bando Gora back in the day. It's also a canon classic.


Folks who like NPC tank battles can even duke it out on Hoth again. :D The fact that the hex has a good map is also a bonus. The fleet/recon aspect worked well in the Korriban Rebellion.
 
I also support this. Kira was on Cloud City securing Underground assets when the First Order took control.

She knows her way around.

There was also a Resistance Base established in the re-constructed ruins of Echo Base, Kira has extreme interest in acquiring that location.

So yeah...this Hex is a win win.
