Judah leaned back in the office chair, staring at the screen in front of him. Waves crashing against the beach could distantly be heard, along with the more closer sound of Makai scooting around on the floor with a toy that made sounds and had about a million multi-colored lights on it. Some type of kiddie-looking spaceship on little wheels. The boy was getting getting coordinated enough to crawl but as for the pushing, it ended up just being little scoots. Seemed to please the kid though. Anything to get him out of [member="Thessa Kai"] 's hair for a little bit.
Numbers were coming in on his recent salvaging ops in regards to space stations. So far, he'd only done two : the mini-world harvester that went up at auction and one for [member="Romeo "]Sin . Mr.Sin's station was currently being drug out from the unknown back to Kesh so they could begin refurbishing and getting the station ready for its new purpose. Either way, both ventures had been highly profitable. However, there wasn't an endless supply of stations to haul off and repurpose. Soon Salacia would have to build them from the ground up. Currently they had a small shipyard on Fondor, acquired a bit ago. Not much had been done to it, mainly for the salvager ship operations. It was time to expand the shipyard and turn it into something that could churn out much bigger vessels.
There weren't many options out there. Judah opened his Holomail and began typing a message up to the two higher ups of Incom. Only because he knew HK-36 on a personal basis. Perhaps he could be pointed in a correct direction.
Dear Incom Representatives,
My name is Judah Dashiell, owner of Salacia Consolidated. Due to recent events, we've been looking to expand our operations into space/orbital station building. Salacia owns a small shipyard on Fondor. We would like to use this shipyard and expand it out to do more than small vessel construction. Attached is a blueprint of our small orbital shipyard. As you can see, there isn't much to currently work with.
Needless to say, I am inquiring about construction. Large-scale construction. I need someone to do the job and do it right. I turn to you do to your status and knowledge in the area.
Thank you,
Judah Dashiell
"Alright, lets see where that gets us buddy." Judah paused and listened carefully. The house was quiet. "Where did your Ma run off to? Ceto Savemart having another sale? I don't know how many dented canned goods that woman needs to stock up on."
