, a corporation needed to be set up to manage their joint assets and assure that neither party gained a controlling interest over the other's pre-marital industries. In addition, in the event of a future dissolution, an entity needed to be formed to assure the proper division of pre-marital assets. (Aren't the marriages of the rich and famous romantic?) The House Sancetti Conglomerate helps to manage joint ownership in an equitable fashion, and is designed to be dissolved in a way that will not negatively impact either party. Now that it is established, it can also be used as a mechanism to acquire more companies and enrich the union. RATIONALE
After the dissolution of the Empire of the Lost, Vyllia Santhe and Maldor Mecetti formed a new House derived from both of their legacies. This corporation was assembled to manage the marital assets.
