The mandalorians are somewhat thick headed honestly Ordo merely needs to get the few active ones. Which isn't many, He was the most active, Strider, Basaba, Gil, Aedan. Get the ones who actually want to do something, Basaba cares little for the Republic, Strider was ready to go to war and Gil really is great but never wants to push towards something.

I like the fact that there is a Sith faction on the board. I was going to have Cain join it but I decided that having an evil character is too stereotypical of me, so I made them my enemy. Thanks for the plot development guys!
