Power flowed through him and from him, flesh visibly rippling even as the aptly named Talisman he held aloft glowed with eldritch light. Power calling to power, as was its nature, the success of their initial efforts was met with a veritable tide of monstrous abominations from beyond structured reality, a tide which the Sith Lord promptly disregarded, confident in his creations' ability to withstand it.
At least for a while.
Though fangs, tentacles, and stranger things yet clashed the mighty wall of ironclad giants, the fanatical beings closed ranks with suicidal devotion, refusing to give so much as an inch even as beings died in droves on both sides - theirs was to enact his will or die trying, no more, no less.
