I don't even know anymore what to title things.

Alexandra Feanor

The Lady in Silver/Grey Historian
Alexandra tended to the garden she had started outside of the crystalsong temple, why was she creating another garden was simple. Instead of one that served as a force nexus she found it calming in the times where she was not needed for official business or to lead talks which became a headache after a while... oh and having the children was a bit of a headache but she wouldn't trade anything for that one. No instead she would remain sitting here and smiled at the work she had done whild she was sitting there... she felt like she was forgetting something though.

Luke walked around the temple, admiring the craftsmanship of it all. He had only been on the strange little planet of Crystalsong for a few hours-led here by some man with horns. According to the man, there were people here just like him. Not quite Jedi, but not quite Sith either. That was a good thing. Luke was still fairly new to the concept of the force and its alignments, but from what he'd heard, the Sith were too religious, and the Jedi were a bit too scared of their own skins. He wanted something for himself. A path of his own. In walking around, he stumbled across a nice little garden, which was currently being tended by a young woman with white hair. Stepping up silently, he leaned on a nearby wall and watched.

Alexandra sensed him a few seconds after he arrived, mostly so to avoid over taxing herself she hadn't been overly focusing on it but it was something that Alexandra found comfort in which was that this man seemed to have no malignant reason for being here. "Excuse me, but you do know you are creeping on a Master and the Historian of the temple right, as well as a mother, i don't think many would take kindly to such."

"Not creeping", came a reply. Moving away from the wall, he walked over and knelt next to her. "Just curious. You're the first person i've seen around her doing something normal. Not swinging those hideous lightsabers around or throwing things back and forth. I understand training, don't get me wrong. It's just... new to me. The force, or whatever it's called."

"The Force is correct, and training can even be in the preservation of life and not necessaty only destruction... you see what i mean is even your abilities with the force can help in maintaining something like this... even give life to something that is dead." She smiled and drew the watering can she had left far from her over to her as she gingerly held up a bent flower and poured the water into the soil. "You see, the force does not have to be violent, it can also be gentle."

Luke nodded silently. He was glad to hear something like that. Under the thick layer of skin he portrayed, he really didn't want to hurt people. He'd do it if he had to, and if they got in the way of him finding his sister. Other than that, all he wanted was peace and understanding. Before he could stop himself, he piped up, "Could you teach me?"

"I don't know, you see, to have a rather disdain for the force, well a rather interesting one considering where you are standing." She was purposefully testing him now, testing his reactions and wondering just what she could do to influence the boy infront of her. "Maybe you just want to learn it now that you can see what it can do, but no, you seemed to not like the power just a moment ago."

A moment ago, I thought it was only for violence", the boy replied, matter-of-factly. He knew what she was getting at, but he knew where he stood. He would, in time, learn the other ways of the force. But now that he knew it was possible, he wanted to learn the other side. The side that called for peace.

"You are quite easy to get a reaction out of." She smiled wide at him and patted him on the head quick, laughing and putting up her hand to pat him on top of the head. "Yes, the Force is largely used for violence but it can be used to heal or protect, but to protect means you need to fall to that violence if words fail. Sorry to sound like a Jedi there, sadly that is one of their only good ideas is using words first."

Flinching slightly at the contact, he kept his eyes on the woman. For a brief second, her smile encouraged him to do the same, but he stopped himself. He couldn't let his guard down. Scooting away a few inches, he cleared his throat. "I can deal with that. As long as I have a better primary plan than just going in and knocking heads, that's what i'm after."

"Well thats simple, and smile some more, being boring and straight faced all the time is bad for your health. Im a healer after all, i know whats good for someone's health, so got that?" She smiled at him and turned her head, the face was almost innocent, if it hadn't been the truth of how much war and pain she had seen it was as if nothing had ever exposed Alexandra to any form of pain.

Luke sighed, hesitating a little before he allowed a tiny ghost of a smile to play on his lips. "I find it hard to smile these days. I keep losing people. Kinda hard to be happy when your life is so karked up." He surprised himself then, it was the first time he'd ever used that word. Must have picked it up somewhere, a while back.

"Ya, but its better to smile or you lose yourself in those dark places, only to have them take over your life and ruin you utterly..." She sighed as she still smiled, tending to the flower with a bit more devotion than an normal person. "You know, why don't you tell me about your life to begin with, and don't worry about speaking normally to me, i prefer the whole truth of someone's being over a pretend facade."

Luke looked at the woman like he was insane. Surely, she didn't expect him to spill his guts to someone he just met. Yet... he knew she was right. He had to let someone in eventually. Still, it would take a bit of coercing to get the full story. "I was born on Naboo. Me and my sister. It was pretty dull. Not much to tell."

"And i was born on Corellia with my mother and father, my mother being Eldorai and father Echani. I have three siblings all younger. Continue." She told him her side of her background too. Of course she didn't expect him to trust her without her saying something about her past too and that was something she would not ask of anyone to simply blindly follow and trust her.

Luke nodded silently, before continuing. "I was supposed to look after my sister. But then the fire..." He looked down then, shutting his eyes tightly. "I saved her, only for her to be taken away. I failed."

"I woke up one night to hear a noise at the door and watch my father get cut down by a Sith, my mother soon followed and the Sith tried to kill me as i was too old to brain wash. I fell off the balcony and hit the ground hard in the alley beside our home, crippled for weeks and alone in a gutter while he torched our home, hoping to kill one of my brothers while he took my sister for brainwashing. My other brother was off world at the time. Continue."

"One brother has forsaken me, my sister has left me, and my brother is distant.... i think thats enough pain for now... how do you feel." She looked at him, still kind eyed and soft voiced in the way she conversed, it would do no good to be forceful with this man and she knew what it felt like to be probed too far too quickly.

Luke felt himself melting more and more, as if the wall he'd worked so hard to build was crumbling down around him. "I feel... horrible. But it's the only thing that's kept me going. I have to find her. I have to."
