IC Planning

I noticed we don't have an IC planning thread up yet. And I tried the IC Chat one, but that does not work.

So for the first IC topic, will we all be on the station, or will we be found and invited to the station first?

Well im planning on building a fleet, but my company is only tier 2. If someone would be willing to help me get into tier 3 that would be awesome
