I like the idea for a Triumvirate.

But if we could keep it really open to change that would be fantastic. By open to change I mean a bit of usurping here and there through the means of some great roleplays.

Definitely open to change. I'd love for it to be based on straight up duels. Like if one person wants to take my position for instance we would have a thread where we duel, and said duel would be judged by the other two in the Triumvirate to see who wins(or if one of the two contestants outright loses obviously)

I noticed, though, that the Naval rank structure is all-but missing enlisted ranks. It may be necessary to thin out a number of the officer ones for the fleet folks in favor of some enlisted slots for those who would prefer to remain singular TIE Fighter Pilots and squadron leaders.
