Ah, so he was not the most eloquent person. Then again, she doubted his occupation required it all that much, even though he was here to speak to 'fancy hooman'. Good to know he wasn't here for combat reasons though. Strange though, she would have thought Houk clothes would have fit him. But maybe he just wouldn't care anyway. Didn't seem the type to be all that bothered by wearing armor.

She wouldn't judge him for that of course. Hardly her place to do so. He asked her a question in turn and she hesitated a moment with how much steak he took, big species were always just a little off-putting sometimes. "New member of the Justices I guess. Only really here to catch onto how things would play out." Didn't really have much else she could think to say, or know what she should say given she didn't know what role he actually filled.

After her answer he began to start walking, she glanced in the direction, ah, he was headed towards Cephiro Pagaarch. She decided to tag along, sort of, and watch. Just to see how things might unfold. She didn't want to interfere, at least not unless told to or she saw the need. But at least if she was around maybe she could learn something.

Pagaarch took the datapad from Director-Admiral Dorian Sevanar. Putting on his reading glasses that was nearby and began to look through the document. Taking note that the Rimward Trade League had posted a Marque and Reprisal Letter against numerous imperial leaning factions such as the Final Down and the Imperial Concordat, this caused him some concern as his faction was supposed to be a rumor. Pagaarch couldn't afford more of his assets to be compromised as his fleets were still being built and were comprised of more older ship classes but were still effective in combating newer ones that had special features. Compromise was needed to save his faction from being discovered and the person in front of himself presented quite an opportunity. He would offer an alliance and reap the benefits from it while appearing submissive and willing to follow the directives that they laid out. And once he had grown powerful enough to dispose of the liability that was the final dawn at that stage, he would destroy them in one swift stroke. He put down the datapad after having these thoughts within himself, peering over to him as he spoke. Listening with intent while he explained what was currently happening.

"This is very concerning, Mr Sevenar. As the Imperial Concordat of Powers lacks the means to oppose this threat on its own as we are still gathering our armies to solidate ourselves as an official faction. If it is negotiation that you seek, then I would be happy to form an alliance with the Final Dawn to oppose the actions of these self proclaimed "Liberators of the Outer Rim" who are just criminals disguised underneath a thin veil of a legal disguise. In order to combat these privateers and provide ourselves with the means to strengthen the cause of Imperial Democracy and I believe that your current proposal has its benefits and could strengthen the relationship between us." Pagaarch spoke with concern in his voice, but toned down as to not appear shaken by this news. Portraying himself as a man with logical thinking and submission would better allow him the sweet noise as he crushed those around him after betraying them as any good imperial warlord would do. He had noticed that an Apprentice Justice Luzeri Luzeri had arrived within the ballroom earlier and would have to ask her some questions in regards to the force if she knew anything that would protect the concordat from other force users. Before turning his head and and asking his own set of questions to follow up on the conversation. "Well, Mr Sevenar. Since both of our factions are a risk of being the target of piracy. What exactly is your plan. Do you intend for us to formally announce a declaration of an alliance or do you plan on more subtle means of operations. Allowing the Imperial Concordat of Powers the chance to surprise our enemies with an attack while they still think we are only rumors. Or another option would be hiring intelligence agents to assassinate the League's leadership and force them to withdraw this statement of war upon us." Pagaarch spoke to him, wondering what the director-admiral had to say in response to his questions.

Kronsantous while walking spotted the Chief of State, Cephrio Pagaarch get up and leave with Rackham Rackham into a more private section of the ballroom for conversation. He stopped dead in his tracks, after hearing the woman besides himself start to follow him and speak towards him in regards to his question from earlier.
"Judgess...good" he said in simple terms, in response to her statement that she was an apprentice justice for the Imperial Order of Justices. Observing her for just a minute and picturing within his mind about what she could taste like, as he wanted a snack at some point during his visit to the castle by orders of his superiors within the Imperial Guild of Outlaws. Turning his attention back for just a minute, he spotted that pagaarch had exited from view completely with his Third Generation Dark Troopers and the mysterious man he had yet to meet. Knowing that his chances to speak with him was now gone, he deicded to bring the women somewhere else so that she wouldn't be bored at this event. "We go upstairs now, cuz me bored." Kronsantous said to her, walking up the flight of stairs and into the main section of the library and waiting for her to follow if she didn't have other plans at this time. The Reikland Castle Libary would be behind a heavy fortified door protected by various Imperial Sector Troopers to protect the knowledge win from outsiders. Kronsantous showed his identification card to the imperial sector troopers who promptly let him inside the library itself. The library would be filled with ornate statues and a small fountain in the center, with bookcases and datacrons scattered around as there were certainly many subjects of interest to a force user within this room that might expand their knowledge. Kronsantous spotted his objective within the room, a terminal that he could use to call the repair shop that he had left his broken ship in after a mission on Eradu. Turning over to her, and proceeding to speak to her in incomplete sentences. "Me go make call, you explore." He said and promptly left to do exactly that.

On the way over to the terminal, he grabbed a book about History of the Imperial Order of Justices and correctly figured that as an apprentice judge that she would be interested in a subject. He promptly turned around and chucked the book at her with intense amount of force being generated. Once she either cought it or got hit by it and suffered some form of injury. Kronsantous would proceed to walk over to the terminal and input his passcode for the Imperial Guild of Outlaws. Looking through the servers on bounties and other information that he might need at this current time, although due to his limited brain capacity. Obtaining and using any new knowledge to his advantage was moot.

Still clutching his drink, Skajin followed Ewan Paircrit Ewan Paircrit through various doors and up various stairs into places where they Should Not Be.

All manner of Imperial officers and dignitaries were mingling in a ballroom. Skajin's heart skipped a beat when he noticed Kronsantous the Everchosen, who was just leaving the area.

"Thought that big basztarrd wasz Bryn'adûl forr a moment. I think I need anotherr drrink."

She smiled slightly at his response to her position. It was somewhat amusing, simple terms. But it conveyed enough of a message. Their directions shifted as Pagaarch moved more out of view. However it seemed she was still going to follow along, she went ahead and followed the massive mutant up the stairs, she was curious now what his plan was. Besides, if need be, she could head back very quickly. Assuming she didn't get herself killed. She didn't suspect him, but awareness was still something that was built into her.

It was impressive what all the library held, and the library itself. And its variety. She hadn't gotten that many chances in her past to visit such things. Even after she was freed from the Rissen empire where knowledge wasn't so freely given to force users, she wasn't exactly in an ideal position to go out learning. As for her current occupation, she was still new to it. And so she hadn't spent much time for her own interests, or to really understand what those were.

Alesha nodded and smiled to his comment on going to make a call, "Alright." She answered. He didn't feel like being wordy, so she figured she might avoid it too. She ran a hand along the bookshelves as she stared at the vastness of it all. Where would she even start with something like this?

She glimpsed something and ducked reaching up an arm and grabbing it as it flew over her making quite a noise, she grunted as the sheer force of it caused it to slip out of her fingers and dropped to the floor momentarily, she let out a sigh and laughed quietly at herself. Just a book. She glanced at him as she picked it up then back at it reading the title, "Oh...that was nice." she muttered before starting to look into it. Discovering more about the history of the order...if that was the right word, that she just joined was not what she expected today, but she was perfectly happy with it. Still even as she looked into it she kept her ears open and her awareness up, course one good eye didn't exactly help that but she'd take what she could get.

Ewan had a look around the Ballroom, who wasn't full. He didn't know if it was due to the beginning of the party or because a very low amount of people were allowed to be here.
His mate still hasn't gave his name, but suddenly get stressed while looking the opposite stairs.
An interesting couple was rising it to enter a fortified room. Ewan looked back at the Kubaz as this one asked for drink.

All trandoshans looks like bastards mate, and it's difficult to make a difference between them all.

The human took the Kubaz arm and gone downstair in the ballroom. Heading to the bar.

Stay cool, and if asked, we're here after good services for the Empire there.. I don't know, say that we offered a precious help to the intelligence bureau..

Thay walked thru the ballroom to finally reach the bar where Ewan offered a drink, made with beatles this time.

Cheer mate.

"Don't be raciszzt," Skajin said absently, following along to the bar. "Szome of my beszt frriendsz arre rreptilesz." Barab and its native Barabels ranked among the higher-profile victims of the Bryn'adul genocides, and he'd fought alongside plenty of them.

He accepted the beetle drink with pleased surprise. "I like the plan. I do contrract worrk szometimesz to earrn money forr the rrefugee coloniesz. Let'sz szee, who herre looks willing to hirrre szome aszisztancze."

The ballroom was bursting with dignitaries and officers and courtiers alike, all manner of imperial functionaries and sympathizers. Tipsy and surrounded by humans, Skajin confessed himself a little at a loss. In theory it wasn't much different from faculty meetings back at the University of Kubindi, but the University was a scar in the ground and those days were long gone.

"Cheerrsz. Mm. Beetle-y."
