I'de Like to Say Something

Soliael smiled at her, a genuine smile, not a smirk. She had not been the only one that told him they had been fond of Moridin. His father had been a selfish monster but apparently he had a characteristic about him that made people love him. He found that to be odd about his father, that there was something endearing about him that people liked. For a sparse few moments the regret of not meeting Moridin welled up inside him quite a bit, though the thought was quickly suppressed.

“Knowledge. For two centuries it is all I have craved. I care not for power, or for the affairs of others. All I want is to know...everything.” It was the first time Soliael had ever said that to anyone, but it was so true. It was what drove him, it was what he wanted the most. He wanted knowledge beyond everything else. He craved it above all.

The Sith smirked again. Over the centuries he had already gathered a ridiculous amount of knowledge, half of it he could not use, but it was good to have anyway. Slowly he pulled her again him again, his words whispering almost seductively “What is it you inherited from him? What did he teach you?”

Anaya's eyes glittered with excitement. To find a sith whose desire was simply to know everything was rare. Even as a Master one did not stop learning, something new lay round the corner each day, waiting to be discovered and that had originally driven Anaya. It was what had help her rise, but then she had fallen hard and the only way she could find to keep herself motivated, was the suffering of others, to drive to upset the order of things.

"Pity, the Velok isn't alive anymore, he knew everything...more or less, he could have pointed you in the right direction...If, of course he had felt like it. I learnt more from observation of Moridin, but I inherited his skills with a lightsaber...I could match him in a fight," she smirked "provided of course he didn't fight dirty, which would never happen. Through observation...well, there's a long list of do's and don'ts."

She slipped her arms about his neck once more, lips brushing against his. "Why are you being honest with me?"

He now had all the information he thought he could have. Anaya had known much, but sadly nothing that Soliael hadn't already known aside from her personal relations with the Dreadlord. Of course it had been rather entertaining and he had gleaned several things from Anayas words that she had likely not meant to give away. He was satisfied with this quest, although less so with Moridin as a whole. He was finding the quest for his father to be rather disappointing in a whole, a thought that made him inwardly frown.

“I have no reason to lie.” Soliael said to her with a shrug moving her arms upwards. He had no more questions to ask, but part of him did not want the game to end. He moved his head slightly to the right of her head and nipped at her neck, lifting her partially upwards with his immense strength. The black specs flowed across his eyes again as he did so.

Benefit of being a Garhoon was you were stronger than most would expect.

Almost inaudibly he whispered to her again, a chill would run down her spine. “What was the last thing he gave you?”

A soft gasp escaped her as he lifted her and nipped at her neck, those black specs running across his eyes again. Anaya was utterly transfixed by him, perhaps it was because he looked like Moridin and part of her yearned for her old Master to still be in this galaxy, or perhaps it was because the air was thick with pheromones. All Anaya knew for certain was that he was enjoying the game as much as she was, and regardless of pheromones, she wanted him.

A gentle nudge in the force raised her higher and she coiled her legs about his waist. "A necklace." she answered "This one to be precise. Allowed us to communicate across the galaxy. Came in handy when we were tracking Ashin Varanin."

She paused for a moment, her tongue running across her lip as she lost herself in his gaze for a moment. "Have you ever loved?"

Ah yes, Varanin. That name had come across more times than any other in his search after his Father. The Sith who had de-throned Moridin, or more to the point had been given the throne by his father. Soliael would have to speak with her one day, though he had no idea where she was. Internally he made a note to chase after the woman, and perhaps end her. If his father had been so fixated on killing her then perhaps there was something to the notion, though for now his mind was far too...occupied to deal with such things.

“No. It is not something i've experienced.” He said quite simply. Love was a foreign concept to Soliael. He cared for his family of course, his Mother, his Oma, his Aunt and everyone else. He would not want to see them die or even get hurt, but to say he loved them was wrong. To say he had ever loved a woman was even more wrong. Soliael had known many women, in many senses of the word and none had ever received any sort of emotional connection from him that resembled love. There was Teegan of course, but Soliael hardly loved her. She was simply his latest project.

He shook his head slightly, eyes shifting with black specs once again. This game was getting personal now, and he was not quite sure how to feel about that. He kissed her, almost harshly and then spoke again “Have you?”

Anaya had not expected the question to be fired back at her, following such a harsh kiss. Anaya had loved. She had killed her first love, failed to kill the second, though she was not sure to this day whether that was love or lust. The third...the third had been too obsessed with a blonde who played dumb to well, to even notice Anaya. Unrequited...

"No." she said softly, running kisses down his neck. "Cared about people, but never truly loved. Such emotion can be used against you. But I've seen those that have, none have been able to give me a good explanation for it yet." There were some things, that were too dangerous to be shared. Sarge had told her that she was afraid. That was unable to control her own feelings, nor the feelings in others, that she was afraid to lose something.

He was right.

"What's in your eyes?" She asked, trying to pull the conversation away from the path she had set it on without thinking.

Soliael was buried too deep to notice the lie, the pheromones in the air and the smells coming off of her were far too engorging for him to notice such a thing. This was getting dangerous for him. Anaya was a vixen, a killer, he had to tread softly. The voice in the back of his head screamed at him for being an idiot, but the game was too difficult to resist.

“My fathers gift to me.” Soliael said as he enjoyed the touch of her lips against his skin. “A curse given to me by his actions.”

The specs within his eyes were caused by his use of Sith Magic. Every time he used his naturally given abilities another one of the specs appeared. They blinded him, shrunk his vision each time he used Sith Magic. It was a blight, and one that had been wrought by Moridin's souls. The denizens of Byss had ensured that Moridins only natural born child would be hindered in some manner, and so far they had succeeded.

“Would you like to see what causes it?” Soliael asked the question still seductively. Sith Magic had many forms, and Soliael knew almost all of them. The game was coming to an end the air was growing hot and heavy, and they both knew it.

Anaya drew back from his neck, locking her lips with his in a passionate kiss, driving away her own thoughts as she allowed the pheromones and her own lust to take over, her legs tightening their grip on his waist. The game was almost over which left them with only one option. What better way to get to know Moridin's son. She drew back from the kiss, just enough to offer a single syllable reply.
"Yes."

Soliael smiled, but it was not a pleasant smile. It was the type of smile that his father would have worn when he knew something that nobody else did. With a fierce passion Soliael moved forward, kissing Anaya and pressing her even tighter against him and wrapping his arms around her fully. His palms touched her sides and his arms were fully against her. He moved his lips and bit her neck, biting down as though he had the capabilities of his Garhoon ancestors.

He pressed her forward and up against a nearby wall, and then he did something else.

A burst of energy rushed through him, and his right eye snapped open. Blood immediately popped out from the lower rim of his eye and poured down his face, a whole mess of black specs flowed across his iris and the Darkside of the force flowed from him into Anaya.

It was wrong to call what he did force lightning, and it was definitely not force drain. What Soliael did was something else entirely. He used Sith magic to target Anaya's nerves, to overload them and paralyze them for a time. His intent was not to kill, as this attack would do no such thing, it was simply meant to stun and paralyze Anaya long enough for him to get away. She would still be able to think, still be able to see, but she would not be able to move or use the force.

While every single muscle in his body had told him to sleep with Anaya and know every inch of her body, the sane part of Soliael's mind had told him this would be a terrible idea. Anaya was a Sith. She was a killer, a murderer, and above all a black widow. She was a predator of the highest sorts, and Soliael would not be prey. While he wanted nothing more than to claw at her supple body, he knew that doing so would lead to his death.

While Anaya would make a terrible enemy, she would be an even more dangerous lover.

Anaya's mind had switched off as he had tightened his grip on her, pressing her against the wall. All rational though had vacated leaving only one path of action in front of her. A small cry escaped her as he bit down on her neck, shivers of pleasure an through her, then something cried out ion the back of her mind. Something cried out in warning. Her eyes snapped open as his did, she felt the shift in the force but he had her exactly where she didn't want to be. Pinned and powerless.

She screamed as the magic hit her, setting her nerves alight with pain like she had never known before. Then there was nothing. She went limp in his arms, rage pulsing off her in great powerful waves. She could do nothing. She could feel nothing. She wanted to reach out and snap his neck and that much was clear in the way she was looking at him. "Poor...choice." she managed to say, though speaking required much effort. He had denied Anaya what she wanted, now she would chase him across the galaxy making him suffer until she got exactly what she wanted.

"Deceitful little schutta. Like father like son."

Soliael of course did not drop Anaya when she went limp. The paralysis would last for perhaps an hour or two and would prevent her from using the force or doing anything else really. He was surprised that she could still talk however and when she spoke he could not help but flinch a little. The air was still thick with pheromones and the smell of sexual desire, but Soliael had other things on his mind now.

Gently, almost as if he were holding a Kitten Soliael placed Anaya on the bar. He made sure the place he set her was devoid of broken glass or anything else that could hurt her. Then with a smirk on his face he crouched next to her, taking careful measure to make eye contact. “Now now love, lets not be hurtful.”

He had learned a great deal from Anaya, and was more than pleased with what had happened here today. Of course Anaya would likely hunt him for some time, but that could not be helped. She would eventually see the purpose in all of this, Soliael was sure of it. The red Twi'lek was no fool, and she would know that Soliael was hardly a threat to her.

“I'm terribly sorry things had to go this way, but I had a feeling that had I gone to bed with you...i would've awoken with a knife in my back.” Perhaps that was not the truth, perhaps Anaya and him would have simply parted ways with no problems from either of them. But his mother had taught him to be careful, and sleeping with a Sith Master was anything but. It was better to be weary than dead, and he knew that. Slowly he stood up and ended his eye contact with Anaya. The blood still dripped from his eye, though that slowly stopped as well. He frowned slightly as he touched the dried liquid on his face, it had taken far more energy than expected to paralyze the alien.

He shrugged, and then began to walk towards the door. Then he stopped, as if remembering something. Slowly he walked back towards Anaya and pulled something from his robe. A small leather bound journal was in Soliaels hand, seemingly barely held together. "This was my fathers. It contains every detail about your training and Moridins plans of what to do with you after you were trained. I suspect half of them were never complete. I only read the first few pages, the rest seemed...private."

Soliael placed the small book on Anaya's exposed stomach and then turned around. Hopefully that would placate her a small amount, if not...well he would have to be prepared. "Until we meet again little fox."
