Ideas for the Confederacy

Hello all!
I'm making this, and going to get it pinned.
Right now I know we've got a lot going on with our fleet, and the invasion.

But I want to open the table up for anyone with any sort of ideas to help improve our lovely faction. This will be stated in an OOC form, discussed and pursued in an OOC and IC manner.

Bring up your ideas for technology, ships, weapons, companies, how to handle situations, or anything to help make things streamlined and more fun.

My first idea is to create a "War Asset" List.
With any faction, there are bound to be 'special projects' and units, such as our Dread Guard, or because I'm watching BSG the 'Blackbird' comes to mind.
We should make a list for our military of special units/teams, their numbers and the purpose they have so that they can be used during dominions and invasions to their full power.
