We need to recover his body from Ossus. Then we must fix his body, we can either clone him and make him a Eugenic, or perhaps fix the body via technology and skill of Vong Shapers. Then a spooky ritual will be needed to punch a hole in the fabric of reality sucking him out of The Void, or Chaos, and into his new body. According to SW canon this should be easy if we have his originally body or a essentially a soulless clone of him, as his conscious in the force will easily jump into a host with a similar genetic make up of his original body.
