He crossed his fingers before the com, knowing Ryker couldn’t see.

”I hope I’m getting better. I’m taking steps towards it, and that’s why I am not in Sanctum space. And why you are lucky I won’t be there on your return. When you arrive, I suggest you say nothing of this to anyone, and only voice your concerns for your Mother, ok?”

He could hear the hope in Master Harrison's words as the man spoke of his past and of his getting better. He took all of it in and thought for a moment before asking.... "Master? Will I have to kill people too?" He disliked being so curious but he had to know.

As they ship drew ever closer to Voss another thought sprang Into his mind like a ninja, forcing the boy to ask another question, Hoping Master Harrison wasn't getting annoyed.... "Master Harrison....... If you knew I stole your ship.....then won't they already know the same on Voss?

Being blunt was Connor’s way, but even that needed to be delivered with a certain resonance and understanding. This time, understanding the fear of Ryker.

”If you follow a more…offensive path of the Order, then yes you will need to take a life to protect your own. However don’t forget we have other cells within that can focus your skill on other things away from combat or violence. You will never be forced to do something you don’t want…unless we are invaded and you find yourself with a blade in your hand and an enemy in front of you – then you kill in order to survive, my friend.”

Connor keyed in a couple of instructions to the hangar relay on Voss.

”No, I don’t think so….”

He made sure no action was to be taken upon return of the Freighter, and that he himself had dealt with the issue.

”…for I have the signal for this ship on my com; a personal immobilizer and alarm so I wouldn’t expect others to say much. Don’t worry.”

The message was sent and Connor nodded in satisfaction.

He wasn't sure why his next question was there, But he knew its what he wanted... "Master??? When I grow up, If I don't get expelled first, Can I join the Silver Shadows and fight beside you someday?" He hoped he could, and had faith that he'd make an excellent Shadow one day, Though after his actions he'd fully understand if Master Harrison told him to go dive into a Sarlaac pit for all his trouble..... "And thank you for now having me expelled for being stupid"

”Ryker, you bypassed the Rangers in the Temple, got into my new ship and took off. If that’s not the making of a Silver Shadow I don’t know what is.”

He chuckled and nodded.

”I think you’d make a fine Shadow. When I return, I’ll be pleased to meet you finally face to face and I will take you on and see about training you up if you still need it. Remember what I said however, seek out the others for guidance and don’t do this alone.”

He was tired, A yawn breaking through as the stars outside began to lull him into a state of relaxation. A small smile formed at the Response of Master Harrison. The tone in his voice groggy as he spoke and laughed.... "It was easy, The trick is to be quiet" And with that said, the small Jedi began to drift off to sleep and just as he did he mumbled the a response to their meeting.... "I can't wait Master"
