Just got the tag, busy day. Yeah, I can verify that every part of objective 2 is absolutely overrun. I'm fairly sure there's on Jedi Padawan still fighting someone on our side, but apart from that, the kolto's been stolen, evacuated, or stolen-while-evacuated. Various Republic folks have also attempted to destroy the kolto facilities, and the damage they've done fits the One Sith victory conditions. In basically every conceivable way, Objective 2 is taken.
