The lighter hit the Sith Lord’s face just as planned and in Qun’s mind it ignited, melting the face of his new adversary. But it came with a heavy price, with a shudder the apparition slashed into Spark’s throat, making a deep cut. Blood was everywhere, the gurgling sound of the padawan would fill Qun’s ears and in that one single defining moment… the Padawan knew he had chosen wrongly and Spark had paid for it with her life.

Stealthy Sith Lord Ghost was rolling around next to her, trying to put the fire out of his melting face.

This was Qun’s chance, the chance to disable a dangerous enemy and have ‘justice’ for Spark.

In the meanwhile… Carach would wait, wait for the most opportune moment to strike. When Qun’s mind was at its fragilest he’d act, slamming his power into the beast’s mind. It would never forget its actions, it would never forget what had transpired on this bloody day.

Spark though… the real one? She’d be too busy with protecting herself against the lightsaber-droid-contraption she had created herself, as it randomly decided to start attacking its former creator.

As Bellona pounced through the air at the jedi, she noticed a sudden change in his stance. As he started to run at her at a very ferocious pace, a realization dawned on her. He was using the force to match her speed in combat. As the two collided, She felt both of her lightsabers being parried by the jedi. A streak of rage passed her face, but it was gone as quick as it had arrived. This strange stance would not be the reason she would fall to this jedi. She felt the change in his attitude a split second before he attacked her. Bellona flipped backwards to avoid the blade coming down at her arm. Her only hope was to outmaneuver him and hope that he would be weakened by constant use of the force to match her speed and agility. As she landed on her feet several steps away from him, she gave a light smile. It was such a joy to toy with the prey before they met their unfortunate end.

"On the offensive now are we? I only hope you can keep up, my dear jedi" the sith said in a voice like poisoned honey.

She was just about to plug-into the generators via the force when she sensed something very wrong. Gray-blue eyes cracked open and scanned the room to stop on the hole from the lightsaber-wielding droid. She crawled the short distance to the hole and peered through. Her contraption wasn't working anymore but had made it past a permacrete and pipe layer and halfway cut through another layer that looked like it dropped into a larger women's locker room of sorts.

How could she tell it was a women's locker room?

The paisley decorations on the walls.

Fingers gripped the lip of the hole as she peered over, stretching her senses in the force. Head cocked to the side and she froze. It was a little too quiet in the generator room. Blond-haired head snapped up and she saw Qun standing there, staring off into space. Then he did something even crazier. He threw his lightsaber hilt at the empty wall.

What was in those flasks anyway?

A warning in the force tingled in the tips of her toes and she jerked back from the hole just in time not to have her face singed off by her own lightsaber and one very malfunctioning droid. The force it took the droid to jump out of the hole and back into the room at Spark successfully collapsed the remainder of the paisley-decorated locker-room ceiling, below. Something Spark couldn't see, but heard as she scrambled backwards.

She looked wildly around the room and saw it. A ripple. Her gaze focused on the sith lord himself, just for a moment, as her white current teaching lined-up.

More frantic backpedaling as the droid sliced closer and closer. He back hit up against the base of the main generator and the jolt cleared her mind to put two and two together.

"Qun! Snap out of it! It's a trap!" Her yell echoed in the room as she reached forward with the force to hit the ignition switch off her lightsaber. Then, she techno-jumped into the droid's 'mind' and furiously worked to reprogram it, it's new target of attack being: Darth Carach.

As the lighter headed to the Sith Lord's face he realized a half-a-second too late that he had made the wrong decision. While the Sith Lord's face ignited in flames, his persona screaming in pain, but Qun could only really see or hear 'Spark'. Her throat slit, blood leaked and her last words were a pitiful gargle.

"Shhhpaaaaaark!!!!!" He shouted, tears flowing from his face and fire burning from his eyes. The body was pulled to him, and he grabbed his saberstaves in his lower arms and headed over. A hand touched her shoulder and shook her, but her body didn't respond.

"Qun." He heard Spark's voice echo and continue, but he couldn't make out the words. Whether he was hearing a Force ghost or his memories or just drunkenly hoping she was there he couldn't tell. The thought of her actually being alive hadn't entered his mind. He took a deep breath and raised his head at the Stealth Lord, trying to put out his face while still screaming from the pain. Tears stopped flowing. Anger rose. This Sith, he'd gotten Spark. And it was all Qun's fault. He once told Spark that he'd keep her straight, but instead he karked up the one job he had given himself today.

And feth if he wasn't going to do something about it.

Heading over to the Stealth Lord he ignited the back saber of his right staff, cutting through the man's legs with no hydra head to get in the way, the blade unigniting a second after the slice was made. His left saber came up, severing the Stealth Lord's right arm at his arm pit. His right staff's upper blade ignited once again, just a hair's width from the Stealth Lord's flaming neck.

"Nowww sithie. Shurrendar."

Or don't. Qun thought to himself. Please don't.

Kian’s attack was intercepted by the armor on the sith’s forearms and locked between his arms. Rather than struggle against the Sith to try and retrieve his lightsaber, Kian simply let the handle go and the blade deactivated. Because of this, when the Sith ([member="Viktor Romanov"]) drove forward with his blade, Kian was able to jerk his arm way. He was fast enough that all he received was a small scratch along his skin. It stung, but it wouldn't slow him down. When the kick came, Kian spun to his side allowing the kick to shoot past him. As it did, Kian locked his hands around the leg, and using his momentum, continued the spin. Augmenting his strength with the force, he pulled on the leg, throwing the Sith past him.

As Kian did this, he stretched out in the force, feeling the familiar presence of his lightsaber and pulled it back to him. Letting go of the Sith's leg, Kian reached back and as the hilt smacked into his hand the blade ignited once more. Kian wasted no time. Raising his saber high into falling avalanche, he brought the blade down with a two handed strike at what would hopefully be the Sith's exposed back. Kian could feel the fight going on between [member="Xilo Gale"] and [member="Varus Shatterstar"], but he couldn't afford to help. He trusted in his apprentices abilities and focused on the fight with the Sith before him.

"You Sith and your toys." Kian said shaking his head and smiling. "Do you even know why your here? Are you aware of the horrors your people are unleashing on this planet? Or do you even have the capacity to care anymore?" Kian asked, sincerely curious about the man he was fighting.

Xhexania, falling into her Ataru form, stood her ground staring at the soldiers while her blade snapped and sizzled to feed. Though she was outnumbered, it was their fear that was reigning supreme. She saw the hesitation in their eyes and just as she was about to make her move, the Jedi had emerged from behind her taking up residence between the soldiers and herself; and announced who she was. [member="Seraphina Shel'tah"]. Xhexania shot the Jedi a look of defiance at the mention of her lowering her weapon. "You want me to disarm myself? Do you take me to be a fool," she replied turning her attention back to the soldiers. She saw them closing the circle slowly, disregarding the orders from the Jedi. Xhexania could now feel their hate for her, a hate born from the countless deaths of their squad mates at the hands of the Sith and the military. Once again she shot another glance at the Jedi and saw something of a flicker of understanding in the Twi'lek's eyes as to why Xhexania desired not to disarm.

Xhexania sighed and lowered her weapon but kept it activated. "Do not make the assumption that I trust you Jedi," Xhexania growled then powered down her weapon. "You say you will get me out of here then let us see you work your magik, Jedi." Xhexania wondered if she was making a mistake by not fighting her way out of this predicament.

Stepping a few paces back to widen her view of what was about to transpire while at the time putting distance between her and the soldiers just in case everything went sour quickly, Xhexania stared into the minds of the soldiers, just as her Master was teaching her. She was not taking any chances with her life and if need be, she would introduce them to horrors beyond their imaginations by cascading one haunting vision after another. She moved through each of their minds like a phantom and they were unaware of their uninvited guest until she found one in particular that was weak; and could be made to serve her. She was not completely sure she could pull this off, bend the will of another, but there was no better time like to attempt it.

With the soldier's mind firmly in hers, she began to creep through it overturning one memory after another until she found what she was looking for, a memory of a childhood disaster; his childhood disaster. Smiling, Xhexania found what she needed and began to sequester that memory from all the others until it was at the forefront of the soldier's mind. She saw the soldier's body twitch slightly and knew she had him, locked and loaded.

The closer she got, the more Corvus worried. She closed her eyes and using Force Sight she realised she was near to Sera but so were a lot more bodies. Using her Sight, she kept her eyes closed and navigated purely using the Force - which under the circumstances proved easier than relying on her eyes.

Then she heard shouting and the unmistakeable sound of a lightsaber activating. Finally she saw a company of soldiers with their weapons trained on a Sith and Sera moving in front of the acolyte. Corvus didn't begin to understand what was going on but she trusted the young Jedi and pulled the Force close and held back, waiting to see what would happen.

What she saw was the Sith preparing to defend herself. And she could sense the fear in the soldiers - that foolishly would only feed the Sith's power, assuming she was able to control it. Corvus may have been patient but she was walking a thin line now. And just as she was about to act, she saw the Sith lower her weapon. It appeared Sera had judged the situation well.

Which was when she sensed the acolyte drawing on the Dark-side of the Force and felt its tendrils lick around the soldiers - no doubt exercising some ancient magic.

Corvus immediately entered Center of Being and stepped out, behind the troopers. She remained silent but Sera would sense her presence and depending on how focused the acolyte was in her trickery, her Force aura would be visible to the Sith too.

Sera snapped a response back at the Sith as she spoke, "You need to trust me, [member="Xhexania"] , just as much as I needed to trust you earlier. We'll be even, and we'll go our separate ways. I give you my word. If nothing else, maybe you wont hate every Jedi." Stepping forward to the group, she raised a hand, "Holster your weapons soldiers, they'll be better served elsewhere very shortly. We're on the same side, and I owe this Sith a debt. You'll let her pass without hesitation immediately. She is under my protection until she exits the vicinity."

Her side still burned, the shrapnel firmly in place who knows how deep. She winced as she stepped to the side toward the rear exit, ushering the Sith girl to follow. Sera remained between Xhexania and the surrounding forces as they backed toward the exit, her hand covering her own lightsaber in case any of them had an itchy trigger finger. They all looked very nervous at the sight of the Sith, and extraordinarily confused as to why a Jedi was preventing them from filling a Sith with blaster fire during a battle.

"This way should be clear, once you leave, you're on your own. I can't pro-" She paused mid-sentence, feeling the presence of an exceptionally powerful Jedi nearby. Turning, she immediately scanned the area, the visage of [member="Corvus Raaf"] standing now between her and the soldiers. Her eyes widened as she saw who it was. She gave a slow shake of her head, her lips forming the word No as she did so. "Master Corvus, allow this girl to leave, I owe my life to her, and I promised her safe passage out of here. If not for her, I'd be dead and buried in there, and that would have been my best case scenario." Pointing to the crumbled wreck of a complex the pair had crawled out from.

NPC - Spark Finn - Vong (190 Vong + 62 incoming + hungry and quite friendly zombies)

Reinforcements...they were a helluva thing. Republic forces cut out of the alcoves that led tangential against the original blast doors, an escape causeway that had not been pursued by the Vong. Wasn't their intended location, the Commanders reported, as they ordered firing upon the blast doors. Only problem with Vong: a confused expression is about the same as a mad one, not a lot of mobility in the sort of sinewy facial expressions sprayed with blood and given a sort of gleeful pride. It's neither here nor there, they're told to fire and they do. Holes in the wall or holes in the door, don't matter much to them. But what does matter is when a rag tag group of blasphemous barbaric and quite filthy republic warriors flank the phalanx and start firing into the backs of crab armor Vong, all crabbed up and what not. With necks and armpits and the back of knees exposed, the back line found themselves in a semi failing position as they fell backwards, Chitin carbine sending a spray of thud bugs into the air in an arc. Unfortunate for the defense forces, the 62 had crossed the bridge and lit them up with rocket fire and acid spraying from torso coiled amphistaffs. Not much one can do when a designed bio agent hits against forces that had accepted their doom, flesh and bone turned into a gelatinous pudding as the quarrelsome rebellion was put down with abrupt ease.

Is that a bird? Is it a plane? Nope, just thud bugs. What goes up must come down, and so it did. The thud bugs propelled from chitin carbines rained down upon the Vong, wounding numerous noxious gas high Vong and killing at least seven. Technically it was eight. But no one was really counting Nen Chocka. I mean, come on, the dude had been firing his rifle at moving clouds for the last solid 5 minutes, yelling tchurokk with majestic fervor. He will be remembered for his stubborness and resilience...that cloud looked like Swiss cheese. Or was that the sublimated metals again?

From the hole formed in metal, what zombies remained, began climbing through and looking for victims. At the same time, the Vong pushed back on the drive to fire on the ever increasing sized hole, and started progressing through the hallway. For the turrets left though, a holy hell of Vong-fire rained down upon them in focused blasts as they removed what defenses left, that they could perceive, outside of the blast doors. Who knows, though, life is filled with all sorts of surprises. In any case, they moved through the hallway ten at a time. There was a crash nearby, sounded like a cave in maybe, can't have all the vong being crushed beneath rocks. Only so many crabs can fit beneath the rubble at a time, afterall.

The sound of cracking bone beneath fist was music to his ears, like the taste of blood from a rare and under-cooked steak. If only he could take the moments to soak in it, a warm bath to soothe tired and aching bones, but this body hadn't earned the leisure quite yet. With battle still afoot, his wits returned after quickly finding itself upon the precipice of stumbling into a pit of pleasure and pain, mixed in a spinning and violent turbine. Instead of continuing the onslaught after disarmament, knowing full well that Kana was running at the end of her rope, Gabriel stepped back and tilted his head. Curious, he thought, as he watched her struggle for an anchor that was far too light to keep her in place. Whether she asked nicely or prodded the bear with a blunt stick, she would soon find requested results returned in favor.

Her clumsiness telegraphed the attack like the scrunch of a caterpillar indicating forward movement. But in fits of sadism, one found masochism on the opposite side of the coin. And perhaps it would give him the edge he needed to draw this to a close. He dropped the saber to a low right sided guard, beam and emitter facing the ground near his right foot. As the strike neared, the Sith Lord bent his right knee once more and extended the toes of his left foot, raising the thigh upwards, as he rotated his body towards Kana's right-hand side. Where the attack was aimed for the knee, it found solidarity in the bite against the top of the flesh of his thigh, ripping open clothes and skin and hinting at smells of burned organics. As soon as the attack touched against the Sith Lord, his right arm shot up, arcing towards the sky, looking to remove the slow and meddlesome left arm at the extended tricep. Perhaps, should the attack land, she would finally learn the lesson of the cross hemisphere attack as the initial strike. If it failed, he would find himself in a solid stance, pain shrieking from the thigh up into his body, but relatively safe from a potential downward strike against wounded thigh. As he did, he once again positioned his left arm elbow extended back, hand clamped against the left side of his armor, waiting to provide a medium for the force, should it be needed.

The lightsaber struck the armour on Viktor's back not cutting it, but still it got damaged and Viktor felt some of the circuits in his back begin to break free from their sources. Viktor could not feel pain, he could not feel anything and the Jedi was beginning to understand that. Viktor quickly turned his top half around on a gyroscope, and grabbed the Jedi's hand that held his lightsaber. "I am a man of science, nothing, more nothing less."

Viktor then injected a deadly poison into the Jedi's arm that slowly crawled through his body weakening the nerves, the Viktor jumped away from his and bombarded him with a strong blast from his distant beam cannon. "I ask you now Jedi, do you surrender." Viktor felt his arm jamming from the first strike, though it was not visible. He stood tall and menacing 10 feet away from the Kel dor.

"Best a man like me? Do you even know what type of man I am? There you jedi go on your egotistical rants thinking all Sith are the same. May want to spend more time meditating before you judge someone. Or are you just jealous of how much better my hair looks than yours?" Xilo asked simply calling the jedi out by his own actions. Whether he realized it or not he had judged Xilo prematurely. The reason Xilo moved through the facility slowly was so his ears were open to all other disturbances whether it be footsteps or lightsabers activating. Anything to give the jedi away. "Shame that someone with no training keeps up though. Shows just how much you jedi slack off. My bag of goodies isn't even that deep. You should see mandalorians." Xilo commented.

Xilo was about to speak again when he heard the distinct sound of a lightsaber activating behind his back and before the jedi could even finish his swing what he would see is Xilo dropping low to the ground his one arm supporting his body weight while his legs lashed out at the jedi's knees in an attempt to break his legs before he could flee since he had been trying to attack Xilo from behind.

"I DO NOT DO THIS FOR HIM!" Though she mentioned no name, it was clear she was speaking about Vornskr. "And I do not dare pretend that what is going on here is a good thing! It is chaotic, it is horrid. But I fight so that what remains of my kin may live. Your family is dead, you say? As is most of mine. But he- that cruel bastard- took us into his service. We have never had a higher chance of living!" Kaine had taken them in after Ire and Elani had formed a close relationship. After the latter died... the Sekairo had been left to work with the royal family. For the most part she had stayed out of loyalty to her love. Nowadays she understood the mutual benefits. "I am a selfish woman, that is true. I would rather see my loved ones live and watch the rest of the galaxy burn then see them fall. I lost my mother, my brother, my aunt, my love, and now I have lost my Empress. The one woman of the Panathan hierarchy who wasn't a complete monster. Don't pretend to understand me and I won't pretend to understand you. As for the citizens dying today... at least the families will die together!"

By then she had spent far to much time talking. At least, she hoped, the pressure she was putting on his mind was starting to build up. Surely cracks had started to form? There had to be some. He could not stay strong against her assault forever. Especially considering he had already been fighting for awhile. Invicta had started this fight... Ire was going to end it. With the rage of a woman scorned she unleashed her wrath upon the fortress. Every monster she envisioned worked in unison, striking hard against the weak points, others finding splinters, pointing them out to the rest. Pressure was building up. She hoped to force him into a lull, to dull his senses, and to cause him to pass out. But then he picked up the blades of her secondary not-mother... that was the last straw. The mental war started to slow. Why? Because her focus was elsewhere. There was a fair bit of debris in the area. Including just the right amount of wood... Quietly the woman, who had moved a fair bit behind Viper while they spoke, gathered fallen pieces. They gathered in a sphere by her hands, swirling around, growing warmer by the second. A fireball formed. It was only partially obscured by the White Current.

She flung it at the Jedi, dropping her cloak as she did.
"THOSE BLADES BELONG TO THE ROYAL FAMILY OF PANATHA, THE RIGHTFUL RULERS OF THE PANCATH REACH. PUT THEM DOWN!"
Every loose object she could grab onto with the force was being yanked off the ground, hurtling towards the man. Pebbles. Stones. Scrap metal. Abandoned guns. All of it.
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.

Kian's blow hit and dug into the armor, but didn't pierce enough to do the damage he was looking for. He also wasn't prepared for the Sith's ability to spin his body around like that. He suddenly found himself in the Sith's grasp and when the Sith came forward with the needle he thought himself all but doomed.

Kian wasn't much for armor, his Jedi Shadow robes being the heaviest he really wore, except for his arms and shins, which were covered in the arm pieces and the shin pieces of the C-1000 armor developed for Kel Dors. In that moment it proved to be a pivotal saving grace, as the needle met with the resistance of the armor and Kian was able to break his arm free. Unhappy with being entangled with the Sith, Kian prepared to attack again, but the Sith retreated.

That's when the canon fire went off. Kian moved as fast as he could, jumping to the side, but the blast hit right next to him. Small pieces of shrapnel flew up and Kian found himself tumbling to the side, coming up in a crouch. His robes protected him from much of the shrapnel, but his uncoverd head and face was covered in small cuts. The most painful hit was the cut to the side of his extra sensory organ on the side of his head. It was a sensitive area for a Kel Dor and the wound hurt. Gritting his teeth, Kian pushed aside the pain and rose to his feet.

Kian shook his head. "I think not." He said as he raised his blade before him. "But I'm still willing to accept your surrender." He said and rushed forward, closing the distance between them. Kian came straight at the Sith as if to hit him head on, but when he reached within a few feet of the Sith cyborg, Kian feigned a thrust and then sidestepped cutting his blade down cutting for the knee hoping to strike a blow that made it through the armor. If not perhaps he would get lucky and do some damage to the joint slowing the Sith's movements.

Varus first instinct was to push off the metal floor beneath him and send himself head over heels in the air so that Xilo's sweeping legs would miss him, but he didn't have time. After his horizontal slash swept over Xilo and missed it's mark, Varus watched as the man reached out and braced himself against the cold metal floor below them. His plan was to kick his feet back like something of an agitated horse, but he'd find no target behind him. At least, not any longer, seeing as Varus had attacked mid dash, and by the time the man's feet kicked up his saber had already been disengaged and he had melded back into the darkness again.

He didn't know just how long Xilo would be able to continue fighting with one arm, the other just having been removed a few minutes prior, but he had to guess he wouldn't last much longer. The pain must have been excruciating, and whether or not his wound had been sealed shut by the heat of his saber, his body was going to go into shock at some point if he didn't receive medical attention. That's why, as he circled around through the darkness, feeling for Xilo thought the force, Varus attacked again the moment he felt that dark presence in front of him.

About twenty feet ahead he could sense his target, and as he drew closer he could see his outline in the darkness, igniting his saber and taking it in both hands as he reached him. Shen he did, Varus swung his saber horizontally, from right to left, across his waist again, and when that attack had reached it's end he rared back and swung his saber the opposite direction diagonally from Xilo's right shoulder down to his left leg.

The structure looked like a disfigured, moldy ramp and its thinness compared to the rest of the hangar bay area made it clear what was to be the plan of action for these Jedi. Since his armor was damn near impenetrable, a single blow from something that large would most likely kill him on impact. The Coral lurched hesitantly for a second before fragments snapped off and it came crashing down.

Mordecai was never good at anything besides swordsmanship and alchemy. But when he used the Force, telekinesis was his chosen form of using it and his ability in it was unparalleled among many of the One Sith. That being said, it wasn't wise at all to act against the forces of two Jedi and artificial gravity. So, he snapped his eyes to the side before they instantly locked on the frame of the hangar's walls.

Both of his arms shot out and invisible fingers gripped around a vein. With a grunt, Mordecai shot himself towards the walls and used them as an anchor. While the Dragon Lord would've avoided the utterly devastating impact of that chunk of Coral, the lightwhip was still wrapped around his legs and should he continue his path, he would become the epitome of a tetherball.

Oh yeah, dropped his lightsaber back near his abandoned shield as well. Hopefully it wasn't shattered.

Location: Dropping to the surface of Manaan
Objective: (NPC fleet commander not in this post), investigate disturbance in the Force

As the escape pod burned through the atmosphere, Taeli could feel the disturbance getting closer and closer, and her anticipation kept rising. Something interesting was going to happen, she could feel it. She could sense her apprentice was glad they were moving away from the fleet battle for now to land in Ahto City, and she didn't blame her. Sophie truly didn't have much to do on the Genjix, and as there wasn't even a hanger, she could get in a starfighter to fly around and kill Republic pilots.

The escape pod smashed into a street in Ahto City East and the disturbance was even stronger, but her current attention was on the amount of sheer dark side emotions floating like a miasma around the city. Exiting the escape pod with her apprentice, she turned to the girl and said, "You may do as you wish on the surface, but make sure to not get killed or captured. Link up with some of our other forces and take the fight to your former allies. The better you perform, the closer you are to achieving the rank of Sith Knight."

Turning in the direction of the disturbance, she muttered to herself, "I have something to investigate, meet me at one of our LZ's, I shall let you know which."

With that, Taeli took off, using the Force to accelerate herself through the streets and debris. Her lightsaber now in hand, and her eyes burning yellow, she realized what she was sensing was a possibly unique opportunity. The disturbance kept getting closer and closer, and she could hear the sounds of combat and the presence of a Jedi Knight.

LOCATION: Ahto West – entering generator complex
OBJECTIVE ONE: Eliminate opposing Jedi and destroy hyperbuoyancy generator.
ALLIES: Team R ([member="Reverance"] [member="Darth Carach"] [member="Darth Nephthys"] [member="Vrag"] [member="Khallesh "]), Team H, Team V, [member="Ludolf Vaas"]
FOES: Swiggity swooty, I'm comin' for that Republic booty.

Relatively speaking, this arm – or lack thereof – was easy compared to the first: a quick cut, a burn, but none of the slow, agonizing drain that came with watching her blood soak the snow (blinking, scrunching her eyes shut and snapping them open like it would stop the fuzziness, the dark crawling around the edges of her vision as she bled out). So that may have explained why, despite the shock to the system and the terrible pain Rekali had managed to inflict, Matsu could keep going. However, she was only human and when Vrag stuck her with a stimpack (only after a brief crawl over her mind, feeling no ill-intent hidden in her sudden proximity) she felt immeasurable relief.

Nodding in thanks, she turned her attention back to the second of two turrets, what appeared to be more automatic fire raining down on the hordes assaulting the blast doors. The stimpack had her crawling, a frenetic shuddering of her brainstem as the panic leeching from the Jedi in Reverance’s clutches passed over the threshold of Matsu’s mind. Shifting her raised hand from the smoking, broken wreck of the first turret she closed her durasteel claws in on each other and crushed… [SIZE=12pt](…Rekali’s eyes staring off unseeing through leagues of ocean, the shaking under her feet from explosions around the city, a spray of teeth in the air as the firrerreo shattered an attacking Jedi’s jaw, proximity to a predator and the jittering of his opponents’ panic – adrenaline and a surge of the dark warps faces, Dali-esque, The Scream, mouths in oval drips slopping off faces…)[/SIZE] …the second turret in to a jagged mess.

They’re already moving when she hears Vrag’s rundown of the situation in the North, bearing down behind the crushing wave of undead and Vong tearing a hole in the second set of blast doors. Perhaps if a chance inside hadn’t presented itself, if it wasn’t right there, she would have found her way over to the North somehow to help.

But there was someone inside who’d seen fit to shoot at her, Jedi right out of reach behind its walls.

“They’ll find their way to us,” she shouted over the clack-clack-clack of Vong coalescing in writhing hordes around the entrance the beasts had created, the buzz growing deafening the closer they got. She could hear blasterfire within as Republic troops gathered to resist the onslaught. Meaty crunches and cracking spines preceded her as the way was partially cleared, pushing aside a zombie attempting to worm its disjointed way through the hole in the door in favor of crawling through herself, stone-faced and blood-spattered as she slithered in to the building.

What the hordes could not accomplish she provided in their stead though as they traveled she reserved her strength, moving behind the wave of destruction just slightly – shields against blasterfire or sabers as she ran a finger along the edges of all the minds she could feel nearby. Anyone paying attention would feel the brush of her greeting; she wasn’t being coy. Multiple Sith were headed for the generator room and a few were already there – hold tight.

Location: Kolto Facility
Objective 2: A Leg ahead

Viktor was still on the ground and could not move as the Kel Dor Jedi made his way to strike the cyborg again, Viktor could tell that the Jedi Master would be striking for his leg. Viktor attempted to get up to dodge the strike, but his circuitry was far too heavily damaged to allow for that movement so he began a self healing process that wouldn't take long.

Still though if Viktor had to lose a leg, he would not be the only one. As soon as the Jedi master got close Viktor attempted to swing his arm to cut his enemies' leg off with one of his wrist blades, aimed directly at where his armour was the weakest, Viktor felt the blade slice through most of his leg, he had hit the exact meeting point of the armour due to Viktor's immobility. But the Kel Dor would pay for this slight and no matter which way the Jedi attempted to dodge his extremely fast strike, Viktor had his cannon fixed to that position. Viktor would return this Jedi in kind.
