I'm going to temporarily put this role play on hold.

I apologize for any inconvenience. Apparently the thread has been reported several times, and while the staff has decided to let the thread continue it's slowly sucking the fun out of the whole idea and I've lost my motivation to even continue it.

It doesn't matter who it was, what it was, or why it was done. I know the answers to all three.

It's just demoralizing. The thread was supposed to be about having fun and reigniting a dying flame. Since it has turned into anything else, I'm going to walk away from it.

I'm not mad. I'm disappointed.

Heaven forbid an Imperial character wants to roleplay with an old, battle scared canon Star Destroyer outside of a skirmish, duel, or invasion.

I think they are alluding to only major factions being able to possess such a ship and since the plot is a personal character development and not a major faction thread it was ruled not appropriate.


I can see both sides but in the end apparently Tefka said it was a no go so no use debating it. Hopefully in a day or so Julius will reboot his thread and we can move forward with his plot.

[member="Hans Vaiden"] s is correct. The staff ruled that the fleet and the ship were fine for the intensive purposes of developmental role playing.

I'm canceling the thread because of the general attitude being displayed toward it. I didn't come back for drama. I came back to write and enjoy myself.

Apologies [member="Shamus Walker"]. Perhaps the Imperial Remnant has some role plays that you can jump into?

I'm going to be deactivating this character in favor of some of my much older characters.

As noble as that idea may be I am pretty sure the Imperial Remnant is not interested in having me around. I am pretty sure I appear on more faction blacklists than I can confirm exist.


Perhaps I will just retire my characters and once again slip into inactivity.
