Here you can list important NPCs as they pertain to the Runners. Submission to the Codex while optional is recommended, if you intend to have future uses for your NPCs.
Min Saigon - The initial point of contact for all runners, runs Choji Station an abandoned grounder station (subway) that's been since turned into a safe house, training base, med center, and overall temporary headquarters. She communicates with various Johnsons throughout the galaxy who also maintain little hubs and hideouts that Runners can go to if they need to lay low for awhile.
