In Bangkok Dry: OOC

PLOT:

On a lush and muddy world where it rains everday, a local village is hosting it's annual Martial Arts Tournament. As the fighting is soon to begin, world class fighters from around the world, (and the system), gather to prove their merit and their skill. However. This is not a normal event. All of the fighters from the local world are Force Adepts. Tattooed and tribal kung-fu warriors of various kinds. Apprentices, Warriors, and Masters of all types and seasons. And only one of them can walk away as the tournament champion and receive the title of, The Bangkok King. And the rare gems that double as prize money.

But when the fighting starts it is clear that mischief is afoot. For the dark Krath Deathmaster, Leon Sa Maga, has already killed three opponents unchallenged. This is wild and strange in excess, as the rules specifically state that you may not kill your opponent and proceed into the next round. But the judges and Grandmasters lay silent. Allowing Sa Maga to continue his reign of terror. And continue forward unopposed to the champions seat.

Who will rise to the challenge to defeat this Krath Deathmaster and save the rainy planet from his schemes? Only an adventure will tell.

And yeah. You can use your swords, guns, and armor. Cause these local boys are all Jedi bad-azzes.

I won't be GM'ing your opponents either. You get to pick what level of Force User you want to fight. Then you get to duke it out old school PvE style. Win, lose, or die badly. This is just for kicks. Lol. I'll throw in the, (completely obvious), Plot-Twist half-way through the thread when we've all had enough Mortal Kombat and pawning Noobs for one day.

Sorry about the length. I'm trying to tell a story as much as I am building a fun tournament for you guys. I'll try to do better in my other posts so you don't have read a novel each time I post. Lol. Forgive my long-winded posting.

Great stuff guys. I'll reply shortly with an overview of the village events taking place the next day. Feel free to explore or build with me. As you might already taken notice I am aiming for an Asian Flair with a touch of Exotic (...if mildly unnoticeable) Technology to the environment. This is a festival of sorts, so I'm expecting the village to be quite swollen to bursting with people, aliens, banners, guilds, and visitors.
