Wonderful, with that Aayla would step in front. Her yellow-bladed saber in hand not activated, but ready as they pressed on. Aayla indeed had the slightest bit of disinterest with the other, it almost seemed like she was rushing to get back to something else. Could anyone blame her? She had been doing this stuff for literal months non-stop... Years even. A break was in order... Bikinis and Suntan lotion kinda' break. Drinks with the little umbrellas type of vacation, if you got the gist.

Perhaps just some place where war wasn't a risk, and you could fall asleep without wondering if someone wanted to shoot you in your sleep, or... HELL, Induct you forcibly into slavery...

Aayla thought about these things, her mind somewhat viable to the Consular if she focused on it, noting Aayla was a little frustrated. Though it had nothing to do with Aleena, she was an angel as far as Aayla could tell.

"I can sense fear but also anger,"

Aayla slowed to a stop, craning her neck until a light pop was heard, then repeating the process for the other side.

"This door is in the way..."

Aayla reached out into the Force, gripping at the whole of the door and shifting it with a large thudding sound. Feeling how it responded before looking over to Aleena.

"With me, Aleena... "

She asked, continuing to provide consistent pressure to the door. She just needed a little more to rip it from its foundation. With patience, and the Force, she knew this would be all too easy for the pair.

As they approached the door with the hiding slaver inside, Aleena's focus shifted away from the possible encounter and instead turned to Aayla. The blonde was quite a natural at Empathic abilities, so she felt the other Jedi's frustration. She knew it wasn't targeted directly at her, but she wondered if Aayla being dragged all the way out here to save the day once again had anything to do with it.
These thoughts, however, were interrupted as they reached the door.
Aleena looked at Aayla and as she began to channel the Force to add pressure onto the door, she'd blink. Her skills with telekinesis weren't all that great but she could at least add something.
"I'm with you," she said with more confidence than before. It wasn't so much confidence in herself, but more so confidence she had because Aayla was with her, and taking point. So with this newfound strength, she extended her hand and pushed against the door, helping Aayla in her attempt to make it crumble under their combined pressure.
And crumble it would.
After the two Jedi both applied enough pressure, the metal door began to heavily vibrate and the hinges began to buckle. With a loud bang, the door was pressed into the room, much to the surprise of the man hiding with a weapon behind his desk.
"What the!" he screamed while, in his moment of shock, several blaster bolts were fired. However, none of them would connect as the door that flew into the room absorbed each hit. By the time it struck the ground, the Jedi had enough time to ignite their lightsabers, and they were more than capable of handling the one remaining threat.
"Stay back!" he exclaimed before firing several more bolts towards them.

Aleena indeed had given Aayla the extra oomph needed to get the door off without risking straining herself. Letting her opposite hand activate her saber safely away from her comrade as she heard the sound of blaster bolts being fired off. Eventually, that door would fall, and they would have a direct line of sight with the last cowering slaver. Perfect...

Aayla would not falter, and took point like she said she would, entering Soresu immediately and stepping up onto the lid of the doorway while aggressively contorting herself to match and deflect the stream of dangerous weapons fire. Most notably, she was careful of any bolts that would pass her, and responded to them with prejudice versus the ones aimed directly at her person.

She wasn't a healer, and the last thing she needed was Aleena to have to rely on her healing. She almost relented the idea. All the while, she would take cautious steps forward, waiting for an opportunity to do something other than deflect, but he was keeping it steady. The more he shot, the more locked in she became, alight in the Force as it were. Eventually, she was simply walking forward, effortlessly boxing the bolts away.

"Stay back!" he exclaimed before firing several more bolts towards them.

There! Aayla practically screeched internally, deflecting his next telegraphed blaster shot directly back at his weapon, inadvertently catching a bit of finger as well. His howling signified that. He was still behind a table, and Aayla would swipe her right hand left, ending the action with a clenched fist; the result being the table being snatched up out of the way, and partially crushed before it was dropped into pieces on the floor. Leaving him in the open, with no visible weapons to defend himself.

"Well, well... Seems your senses were quite right fellow Jedi"

Aayla turned briefly, smirking at the other; yellow saber still lit in hand.

"He's all yours, I can't do anything with this villain. Though quite frankly, people like him? If he's given mercy, he'll be back at it again no time. They're all the same..."

Aayla said, the Shadow in her peeking from beneath the water just then. And without a doubt, with no way to comfortably report his crimes to the local jurisdiction, she did have a thought about skewering him, and leaving him to rot. Who would miss a man like this really?

With widened eyes, Aleena watched as Aayla stepped into the room to form a shield against the incoming blaster fire. While it was only a single person shooting, the path was narrow so each bolt had the potential to be lethal. But it hardly mattered - the fluid patterns of her bladework intercepted each bolt, thus creating a shower of colored plasma that struck the walls, ceiling, floor but not her.
Seeing this, Aleena really wished she had paid more attention in Lightsaber Form class and practiced more.
Soon enough though, Aayla was getting closer and her deflections became more precise. A bolt was fired and deflected back along its original path, catching the weapon and part of the man's hand. It looked like it hurt, but he was disarmed and could live to tell the tale, unless he tried anything stupid.
"Ah! I... I su-surrender." the man was shaking and raised his hands up after he watched Aayla snap his desk into pieces with just her mind. As was often the case with people like him, they were more than willing to maim and kill those weaker, but they were reduced to cowards when facing someone capable of defending themselves.
"I uh... I might have an idea," she said as she walked over to the man.
Aleena then removed a small seed from her pocket and held it out, almost as if she was showing it to him. She then tossed it onto the ground, between his legs, and smiled innocently. Her deep blue eyes briefly began to glow and seemingly out of nowhere, large vines began to rapidly grow from the seed, ensnaring the man and tying him down within his own office.
Seeing it worked, Aleena began to hum happily while she tapped something on her comlink.
"He's not going anywhere, and I just alerted the CIS with this beacon. As this is their territory, they can handle the rest. But uh, we should probably leave before they get here too." she said, looking at Aayla.
