The food was the only thing keeping him in that room. They already said his concerns for the meeting, and there was hardly much of a response. They just shoved him to a different department. So, as he waited for this Grand Vizier Paxxus to pipe up about affairs that actually mattered to Broka, the colossal Hutt will just sit there comfortably bored.
If Broka had come for political intrigue, this exchange between the two types of Imperials would have been a lot more engaging. However, it is credits that make the galaxy go round, and Broka had his concerns addressed unless any other commercial topics would be discussed. Until then, he ate, drank, and sat around in his comfy chair.
