But, because said writer posted a status, Sage was busy today house hunting. And informed everyone that posts would be slow due to that.

I don't think it's inappropriate to ask, but no one is required to answer.

And I do think it's inappropriate to ask because people have personal lives away from this site and really don't always need to share everything with other writers.

It's more common decency to go "oh, ok" than to ask personal questions of people you don't know personally.

Because we are presently in the thread for discussing matters regarding the invasion. Not following a specific rule regarding said invasion seems like just the thing that should go here.

Like I said before, such a reason did not need to be divulged here nor did I suggest that it be. I simply asked the question here. I suppose I'm "the bad guy", though, which is fine with me. Won't hurt my feelings. Thank you for the timely response to my question.
