Interacting with the SSC

I'm curious about your opinions people.

With all of these invasion talks going on the board, and my own opinion on the matter, I'm wondering how you guys would feel and react to a story-driven altercation between us and the Silver Sanctum Coalition.

We've had a good time RPing with them in the past, and they are very amicable!

I really don't like that our last invasion became a colossal flop. For whatever reason it became a Skirmish, and that seemed to kill our drive to contribute. We had plenty of people sign up and show up in the thread, but as soon as it was no longer an invasion... nothing. I think I know why it was done though, as it appeared just to be another cookie-cutter "Win at all costs" invasion, and really, those are just so unattractive.

So, would any of you be interested in the Primeval moving in a direction where we regularly carry out a story between us and the SSC?

Well, my main character is in the SSC, (don't boo me out!) and I think it'd be fun. Maybe even find myself taking pot-shots at myself (if that's allowed).

If we do anything (by if I mean, we will do it given the chance to), it'll probably be after new years so we can avoid Thanksgiving and Christmas, if that's alright.

If not, I can see if I can push for an earlier date before Christmas.

Well, what got the blanket wet, [member="Ostanes"]? If it was, say, petrol, or something similar.... a match would help that wet blanket keep you warm!

If our opponents in the Silver Sanctum are down for a preliminary skirmish so we can get a few rivalries going before the invasion, I would be more than happy to throw a punch or two. Honestly, I was having hard time getting anything going in skirmishes or invasions lately, so maybe a few scuffles with each other to get a feel for all this would be handy for the newer blood and all, and to develop a little bit of emotion/motivation before we all start trying to kill each other.
