The only Egyptian similar stuff Star Wars canonically had is the Ancient Sith and they've been so looted everything but the kitchen sink has been taken. Then they took the bolts and the plates on the floor, and then the walls.

It would be awesome and a fresh idea to have something truly Egyptian themed, I look forward with great interest.
