Interest Check: NFU Faction/New Species/Ect?

This faction would be something that is different IMO in the direction that most factions have taken as of late.

No Sith, no Jedi, No Republic, no Empire kind of deal.

We're talking a Corporate Sector Authority but more of a Monarch approach.

Best way I can describe it is for those who have played Destiny and seen the Awoken. Recently, I have been inspired by what little information is known about that and decided to run rampant with it.

• New Species - Stole a name from Destiny, I'd like to see interest first before I bother with my time.
• Completely hostile to outsiders.They don't care who you are, or about your wars. If you desired help or sought an audience with the Queen, Empress, or Emperor/King (Whatever route it's taken) then it obviously comes with a quid pro quo. Almost Rumpelstiltskin type. LoL.
• New Planet - I'll seek input from the community of whomever is interested.
• New Faction - Obviously, I'll attempt to make it into something where people can seek them out for High-End market items, somehow.
• Non-Force Users. Isn't that enough said?

There are more details to be fleshed out. I obviously just wanna be a creative mind (with others obviously) behind it. I have zero desire to actually administrate it and such. I would like to see who would be interested in this cause no offense, but I believe we just have too much Forcers running around, and Jedi vs Sith, ect.

One of the background pieces I was looking at was:

• Originally a mass exodus of various species or individuals who were fleeing the Gulag Plague, unfortunately were caught up in some type of accident or insert some catastrophic/trategy/ect. This would create the massive graveyard of ships/vessels around their territory or planet and in turn be another way of preventing ships from entering their space. It could also be another way their society/species came about was over X amount of years they evolved into who they are.

Here are some tidbits about the species.

• Beautiful, intelligent, mysterious (Maybe even standoffish?)
• Fiercely loyal.
• Pale blue skin, or grey.
• Luminescent eyes with glowing irises. Varies in coloration.

I have even thought about breaking it out into different types of jobs/society statuses, but unsure how that might work. You know, like Warrior, ect.

A unique way could be developed with a thread or a story behind it. I'm not opting out of doing development into the species themselves to make them similar to the Vong in the sense of protection against FUs if the fear is some Dark Lord or JM coming in and doing wizardry.

And this is why Mandos are both one of the most feared and most despised groups in the galaxy.

Patience is a virtue. We had our attacked plan for when the OS invaded the pubs but then the idea got rejected due to the no allies rule. Don't you worry [member="Aaralyn Rekali"], You paid the Garons to do the job. The job will be completed one way or another.

There are plenty- you just have to look harder and over a larger scope of time. Take Preliat for example. Literally a fresh recruit straight out of basic, now is one of (if not THE) most violent and savage character on the board. It's all about character growth.

Its not that there aren't unique underdog stories out there, its just people like their own and don't like to do anything that doesn't fit exactly how they like...And so we get 5 Jedi, 4 Sith and 2 bounty hunting based factions. Hell, we even have two Mandalorian factions because people don't really want to collaborate. Even when they say what they are doing is for others to join they always have an exact idea of how things should go for them.

With that said, I'll keep my eyes open for this faction. Might end up being interesting I just don't want another flashpan faction...
