Invasion of Alderaan OOC Take Two [Mandos vs GR]

[member="Arianna Organa"]

Please tread carefully IC. I know you were speaking hypothetically but please be careful with what you address. The babysitter remark was unspoken and there's no way of Arianna could possible know or suspect his thoughts on that matter. I don't want to hinder IC development or interaction on either side for something that should have never been picked up on.

[member="Gael bar Ammon"] I read it and i understand, I think you did not read my post

"As for her daughter needing a babysitter, if she could have heard him make that remark, she would remind him that Faith is the Minister of Intelligence for the Republic, her disappearance could be more than just a disappearance, considering her unwavering dedication to duty, her not showing on time. A serious breach of her habits.

EDIT: You new to the Republic and may not know Faith's IC position with the Republic, by doing this post I as a writer am able to tell you off to the side without addressing it IC.

I saw. There was no remark to be heard, thus there's no way for her to know or suspect he was even thinking of that. There was no mention of Faith by name, nor of her offices held or of her current status, so there's no real reason it should have been mentioned. Coincidences are always a possibility, but this was more than that.

I'm not trying to grill you for it, just want to bring it up before it turns into something worse. Just because our characters are at odds now doesn't mean we need to be OOC.

That's not what I'm getting at. Arianna isn't a mind reader (unless I'm missing something). Her mentality should not even slightly be impacted by what's going on in Gael's head and hasn't been spoken. There is no way for Arianna to suspect Gael was thinking anything and IC language should not under any circumstances reflect that unless there is sufficient information provided IC which would justify said suspicion.

Does that make sense? I can't think of any other way to word it :(

The invasions two weeks have passed and the FAs are supposed to come to an agreement on which faction won.

:) :mellow: <_< :confused: :wub: :p

Yeah, just bringing it to folks attention. Back stage talks will be initiated.... most likely with many --- "how did..? why did...? A mandalorian diplomat, working for the Gr you say...? Which way..? did he point that pencil..?" --- sorta questions.

Cheers!
