I'm not allowed to have some friendly banter with fellow writers in an OOC thread that has currently been used almost entirely for gifs, banter, and the occasional person signing up for something or another? No one's gotten bent out of shape that I can see, O' Faction Owner and, arguably, the genre of the gifs are more or less relevant in more ways than one to the situation, though I'll readily admit I'm probably the main (sole) person giffing around

That said, if you want the thread to stay on whatever task it was supposedly supposed to be on...
