Okay, I'll just add a post in the meantime to take into account the apparent victory (and largely because I'm bored).

I enjoyed reading the fights I wasn't in, a very nice brainwashing scenario that was handled well, Marcello falling was handled better then most others including the one I did with Vulpesen (as Balaya). The fight between Shinju and Kiskla should still be continuing and the idea of an ooc reprieve I am looking forward to.

Popo has agreed to a 1 month "Cooldown" Period. During this time neither faction will invade one another as per an OOC agreement. Members are still welcome to clash in public and private threads of course

ICly it will be assumed that the war is ongoing. Both factions are fighting fiercely, but neither is making any headway.

Now remember, this doesn't mean we wont be engaging with other factions. The Levantime Ghost Ship Skirmish will be happening soon, and there are some other things i would like us to do during this cooldown period. It's gonna be a lot of fun! And when we get back to it, we'll crush the Republic!

I agree. In any case, after several major campaigns, both sides would be exhausted and in need of rest, so there would definitely be a lull in the fighting.
