Is There Anything You Would Not Do For Your Family?

Just outside the main door to the corridor leading to Connors Cell. Coci waited, she had deliberately left the doors open so she could listen. But more then this, Coci had concealed her force presence, vanished with in force cloaked from everyone both physically and through the force.

She stood waiting .. knowing the manipulation the entity would try on the Padawan .. she had sensed this and now waited so to follow them.

You don't get away that easy my Brother. I will not forsake you.

Nima Tann

Master of Her Own Destiny
As she continued to listen Master [member="Coci Sinopi"], her confusion grew bigger and bigger. Her words were wise, and it seemed like she was telling the truth. She was right, it was Jedi's job to help one in need, but in her opinion, the method they were using was wrong. Nobody should have been treated like a caged animal just because they needed help. And then, Knight Harrison didn't seem that evil to being held in a cell like that, and it would be humiliating for him too. She tried to control her emotions, contain herself and try to act calm, but maybe she was too far gone.

Was she weak, as the Master beside her said? Maybe he was really gone dark, and she couldn't see it because his power was making her heart want to help him. Maybe she shouldn't have come here in the first place, but it was too late to think about that right now. As she watched the Master slowly leaving them alone, she realized that she started to shake, as if her strength was fading away slowly. Now, there were only Nima and Knight Harrison. She wanted to leave him alone there, just run and never speak with him again, but somewhat, her legs stopped moving and she just looked to the man, with teary eyes. "Why... why are you doing this? I.. I can't change the world, it's not my choice to judge you. I am only a Padawan... You are asking me to deny everything that I believed once."

Her headache worsened, like she was getting sliced slowly by a lightsaber. She was walking on a thin line right now, and she didn't know what was right or what was wrong anymore. She just wanted to believe something, anything. She put her hands to the glass, trying to control her balance. "You.. you are asking me to ignore all the orders from the Masters and just believe you.. And why... does my heart want to do that? " she didn't want to think anymore, and finally, she lost it. She was there, all broken.

"Just... just leave my head alone... Knight Harrison... You both trying to enter my head just to fill me with your own lies. Just stop it! PLEASE! I am tired! Tired of being used by both sides! I can't live like this... I don't know what to... who to believe anymore!..." Finally, she couldn't endure much confusion and pain inside that she started to cry, tears dropping from her cheeks. She felt like the ground was shaking, as if she was losing all her strength.

Emotion that didn’t fuel aggression and passion was weak, and the Taung wanted to rip the head from Nima Tann right there; to smash the glass down and take her apart. Weakness was an awful trait, and the fact she was breaking down before her was disgusting – and dangerous, as she was the only way out of the cell.

Connor was a well-respected Silver Jedi, and even though he was treading the darkness in the eyes of those who served with, he had to still find that power to make her BELIEVE. It was sickening to show, but the greater goal was more important.

He moved to the glass and put his palm up to where Nima’s hand was.

”Nima Tann, listen to me. I am not asking you to change the world or asking you to save the galaxy. I am not even asking you to deny what you believed in. What I am asking of you is to give ME the chance to help the Silver Jedi save itself. Give me the chance to help YOU.”

He sighed loudly, his eyes falling down to the ground, hand still held out. Chanelling every part of the light and dark wrapped inside his soul, the Force flowed as best as he could make it between them.

”You are already falling into a state where I will not be able to save you. The Masters have not given you orders, they have just told you what you can and can not do. It saddens to see the chances I was given not now given to you; so eager to serve and be something wonderful. I can feel the potential inside you.”

The cracks were evident and her emotion was vulnerable for snapping. Don’t stop…

”If you think I am lying to you after all I am saying, then turn and leave me and do not come back here. My heart is laid before you and my pain is evident. Only you can decide what must do, but remember I have NEVER ordered you, unlike THEM.”

He brought his eyes up to here and placed both hands on the glass, probing her mind as hard as he could.

” I need you Nima Tann. And you need me just as much. I know how you feel. 3.3.2.1.7.7.”

A new power is was rising. Something he felt since he had been gone. He still wasn't sure what that was. But whatever it was, it seemed dangerous, and the more that fate was tempted the more it would destroy those at its core. Kahne Porte, a Jedi Master had been through such troubling times. Long ago it seemed that tendrils of darkness had called upon him, tearing, pulling at his soul. Kahne moved towards the Holding cells, his hands behind his back. He wasn't entirely sure what was at stake here, there seemed to be an endless amount of possibilities. Yet the closer he walked, the more he felt the confusing oozing out like lave emitting from a vol cane and cascading down the mountainside. The Jedi Master stood right before the brink as he heard the voiced, the words that were uttered. was one truly lost. Kahne did not know for certain, there were some that did not want to be saved. No matter how hard you try, they choose to live there life as they see fit and intend to drag you down into oblivion.

Kahne was just a few paces from the door, next to another. His session with the padawan before was at an end, and now it seemed that he was called upon, not by any particular person, but perhaps the force itself. The lightside was very strong with him, and he would not ignore its call.

The choice seemed to stop all time and space, as he too awaited for the choice yet to be made.

Nima Tann

Master of Her Own Destiny
She tried to think, and find a reason not to believe him. But she couldn't focus anymore, her head was empty, there was no thought left. She felt relax, and in peace for a moment. Feeling nothing but the wind, it was the life she wanted. Then she remembered, that it wasn't the time to stay relax, she had a decision to make. Why, she thought, why did I come here, what was I thinking?

[member="Connor Harrison"]'s words did help her regain a little strength she lost. As she stopped crying seconds later, she looked to his eyes, feeling and seeing the truth and confidence in them. She gave a weak smile to the man behind the glass. She couldn't believe what she did here seconds ago, she couldn't conceal her feelings and let her guard down. She was weak, and she needed the help of someone to make her stronger, and Knight Harrison would be the solution. She took a deep breath, searching to find the strength she has in her body and being near to someone that believes her to do the right decision was making her feel a little better.

She was tired of thinking, she couldn't decide what to think anymore. She only wanted to clear her head from everything. She didn't have the strength to ask any questions, as she knew that only answers she would get were another lies. Both sides were corrupt in some way, and she had to trust no one but her instincts in this situation, and she was about to. She looked directly to his eyes and talked slowly, her voice still shaken from crying. "Knight Harrison... I am tired to think what's best for me anymore. But... you gave me a choice, and I decided." Then, she sighed deeply and continued to talk, giving the hardest decision of all her entire life. "Promise me... promise me that everything you said about the Order is true. Then I am ready to believe you... and set you free." she said, with a cold tone feeling nothing but empty inside anymore.

Lowering his hands, Connor licked his bottom lip for a second, his eyes speaking more than anything else.

”I was like you once, but Thurion Heavenshield, who you saw here a moment ago, offered me salvation, but in the end he let me down and left me to wander a path alone.”

He walked to the right hand side of the cell, the keypad across the other side from him.

”Coci Sinopi is dangerous, working for others along with the Jedi, and nothing she says is for the best of the Jedi, just her and her want for control. That is why she wanted to control you, because YOU are stronger than her.”

Tip her over the edge. She is hanging on your every word.

”I promise you, young one, I speak the truth. You are in danger, and only I can help you. Remember on Zygerria what I told you? Don’t trust anyone. This is why.”

A feeble smile formed.

”Please help me. Sister”

As she heard his compliments about her strength, she nodded and fully decided to believe him. "I... believe you, Knight Harrison. I want to... I will trust you." she said, her voice being monotone as before, not wanting to leave any uncertainty behind.

She felt all of her confusion disappear finally, giving her a confidence. She felt happy because finally finding someone to believe without any questions. It wasn't because she didn't have any questions, it was because she didn't want to ask them. But one word he said, she didn't know why he said it, it created a big question mark in her head.

"Sister? Why did you call me sister?" she asked, while going to the keypad at the right side of the room. Without waiting an answer, she slowly started to press the numbers, knowing that every number she pressed she was getting near to set him free. "3.3" Don't do it... don't trust him... He will hurt you... "2.1.7" Stop it... Stop... "7" You will regret this. After entering the last number, she heard the unlocking voice of the door.

Then she opened the door, as the door slowly moved, she saw the Knight waiting inside for her to open the door. She smiled to him, and started to talk. "You are free, Knight Harrison. My trust is yours." she said confidently, bowing to him.

The smile stayed on his face as he watched Nima move across, her lithe red body moving gracefully to grant him freedom. She really was exquisite and such perfect material to make his - HER - own. But that time would come.

He counted the numbers to himself as he watched each finger tap the code required, half listening to her.

"We all serve...or served...one Order, and you stand by me as your Brother. So I will stand by you as my Sister. To look out for each other...and...protect...each....other...." Connor's voice broke as he focused on counting the final numbers.

With a smooth confirmation of the code, and a fluid swivel of clear hinges, the glass door started to part in the middle and the bottom half sank down and the upper half raised into the ceiling.

Connor was free.

Ignoring the bow, he moved straight past Nima to her greatcoat and lightsaber, suspended in a blue energy. He picked up the lightsaber in his right hand, gripping it. What would the price be if he took her head now? The Silver Jedi would be alerted, but he would have made the point that the Taung were serious about their plight.

No. Not yet.

He turned his head to Nima, clipping the hilt to the left side of his belt, then taking the black greatcoat and sliding it over his outfit.

"Thank you."

There was no time to lose. The two Jedi Masters had gone, but they would be back. The Taung were slowly infecting the Silver Jedi, and that was just the beginning.

"Come. It will not be long before they return. And then you will hunted down just as I have been."

Now, Nima Tann was opening her heart for Connor to slowly poison and bring over to the darkness that fuelled him. He moved to her, almost sizing her up, taking in her scent, seeing the sensitivity of her lekku as he channelled his aura around her. Raising his hand, he gently cupped her cheek in his palm and looked at her intently.

"We must return to Shri-Tal to find my hammer. There, we can end this betrayal of the Silver Jedi once and for all, and start you on your new life as a great warrior beside me."

Connor then reached down and took Nima firmly by the arm and led her to the door of the cell, slinking against the wall and peering around the corner. It was clear.

"Don't slow me down Nima Tann or I will leave you behind. Let's hurry."

Making his way out of the narrow tunnels from the cells, he led Nima quickly and quietly towards the hangar. It would be there that he would commandeer a shuttle to the planet, and where Connor would oversee the fall of Nima Tann and the collapse of the Silver Jedi...
