It's Almost Like Déjà Vu -[Christian]

Kalina helped herself to continue drinking his drink, feeling a little satisfied in the moment, all until he asked her what to do next. He mentioned going to a club, getting tired out first, but then it was to retire to his estate as the other choice. Her dark eyes focused so much on him that she didn't say anything at first, it was really to read him, study him, if she would call it something. "Christian.." Kalina spoke his name in a hot whisper before she took yet another sip of his drink.

"Do I look like the kind of girl that would just jump into bed with a handsome, dark, and very powerful man because he can charm me?" The question was meant as a compliment, but also as a genuine question all the while. With that in mind, she finished the drink off, it burned, but it also felt good...Kalina didn't drink too often, so just by what she drank she was already feeling a little lightheaded, but at the moment, she stood her ground.

"It seems that you might take me for the kind of girl that let's herself become that...easy."

"On the contrary.", Christian said as he slid down the booth seat and pushed off the table to an upright standing position. When he was standing upright she would finally be able to see the tower of a man that he actually was, his right hand raising up as fingers spread so that he could run them through his long hair and comb them back over the top of his head. "You look tough to convince, and from what I can see you argue like a politician. Two things I could care less to look for in the pretty faces I usually have begging for attention in about five minutes."

Turning and glancing over his shoulder he saw the young, bright eyed waitress rushing back to him with another drink, but she stopped in her tracks as he narrowed his eyes at her, shaking his head lightly as if to ward her away. With a bit of a disappointed look on her face she turned and made her way back to the bar, which Christian noted, rolling his eyes as he saw that he'd soiled her confidence. Turning back to the table, Christian smirked as he reached into his coat pocket and produced a few chips that amounted to a couple hundred creds. Far too much for the few drinks they'd had plus tip, but Christian would have argued that you should always tip those who were making your drinks on a night out.

"And I certainly don't remember stating that getting into my bed was a prerequisite for being invited to my home.", he told her, bowing his head slightly, one long ribbon of brunette hair falling from his behind his ear before he leaned back up. "So, if you'd like to join me, I'll be leaving in two minutes. If not, I'll make sure to visit this very bar one day again in the hopes of seeing those pretty eyes of yours once more.", he said, turning and heading for the door, large hands sliding into either pocket of his duster as he glanced over his shoulder at the woman, red eyes watching her as he whispered through the force again.

"Farewell, Lady Volk..."

Kalina gave him a smile at first, seemingly a little proud of what she accomplished with this man. "I will not be begging for your attention, but I admit that I really do enjoy it." It was then that Christian went on, and told her that he never offered his bed, just his residence. No longer did she have that smug look on her face, or that proud feeling in herself. He was right.

"No, you said.." Kalina began but was quickly reminded on what exactly he said. But then it made her smile again, and shake her head slightly from side to side. She liked this man for the same reason that she disliked him...he out talked her, outsmarted her, and he did it with so much class that it would make one sick, but all it did was serve to turn her on.

Christian told her that he would leave in two minutes, and she watched him, how tall he was, how strong he looked, more so standing than sitting. He called her eyes...pretty. "No farewells, not yet." She stood up and pushed herself up, walked over towards him. "I will go with you tonight."

She couldn't think of what would happen next, perhaps that's why she wanted to do it, out of her own curiosity, but it was that very curiosity and able to be so easily influenced, was what would kill her one day, she would be sure of it. Christian, he seemed tough, he seemed sexual enough to catch her attention, and call her crazy, but she wanted more.

Christian smiled as he reached the door, having heard the woman's reply, a smirk on his lips as he pushed open the door. He then turned to her and kept it open with his hand, suggesting that she should go before him as any gentleman would. As she passed through the door he followed her outside and there on the side of the street was a black, luxury speeder with almost black tented windows. It would take them where they were going, and perhaps then they could see how they would really compose themselves in privacy.

Opening the door, Christian waited for Kalina to step in and take a seat before he followed suit. He then glanced up across the speeder and said, "Take us to my estate. When we get there you may have the rest of the night off."

The ride didn't take long and would be filled with flirtatious gestures between the both of them, along with a couple more drinks had as they left the city. When they made it to the country side, though, the scenery changed so much, causing Christian to quiet down a bit as he watched the trees passing just outside his window. It was so peaceful a thing on a planet ripe with such chaos of bright lights and loud music. Zeltros was an incestuous and sodomistic playground for degenerates, but there was something so peaceful about the few places on the planet that still held true and untamed wilds.

Kalina noted things...even the smallest things that might not make a difference now, would greatly catch her interest. The kind of speeder that was before her, the way that he held the door for her, but it was because of these things that Kalina found this man so hard to read. Was he really that dark, evil, dominant kind of man? Or was he the type that had a soft spot? She was sure that she would find out soon, but during their travels to his estate, she let herself loose just a little.

It was hard to resist the drinks, and Kalina could never remember a time where she was drunk before. But after having such strong drinks at the club, and then a few more in the ride home, she was well on her way, if not already, there. She laughed a little more, smiled a little more, and even became a moment where her proper basic was stunted a little by small slurs, and contractions, neither of which she used at the club.

Things seemed to quiet down a little more now that she was able to see the country side. A part of her was reminded of home, just because Kalina was one to see the beauty in such places. The trees are what caused her to stop herself, and take a look out the windows. "I've never been on Zeltros before. However, being able to experience both the nightlife and the beauty is breathtaking." Her gaze went from the outside to Christian as she assumed that they would be there momentarily.

Her hand raised up to push a long piece of hair away from his face. "How long have you lived here?"

"Since I was a boy.", Christian said as he glanced over at the woman with that same, confident smirk on his face. He would have preferred not to talk about that, considering he'd been on his own from such a young age. It had been hard, but he'd done well for himself being alone all those years, though that didn't make it a subject he was interested in talking about. That's why he was silent for a few moments, red eyes watching passing trees as he decided on something else to say to steer away from her question.

"It is a very beautiful place. The planet itself is illuminating from space, but I find the countryside of Zeltros to be the most impressive. Especially the site of the city from my balcony looking down into the city with nothing else around you for miles.", he said, looking from the window and back to the young woman. "I'll show you now.", he said, his eyes narrowing on the woman in a more seductive manner this time. About that time the vehicle slowed as they were pulling up a long, gravel driveway to a massive, two story estate that was laid out over about 100 acres of land. When the vehicle stopped Christian opened the door, stepped out and held out his hand for Kalina to take as he turned and looked to the pilot side window.

"Have a nice night, Kester."

Christian gave her a small answer, with no other sentences attached to it. He told her that he lived here since he was a boy, and she would leave it at that. Perhaps he didn't have a good childhood, but if that were to ever come up, she would relate to him in the way that she did not have a good one, either. She noted just how concentrated he seemed to be, the closer that they were to his estate, and as they came upon it, she noted how truly beautiful it was.

Kalina was in awe right then and there. He looked at her with those eyes that seemed to glow with a spark of that crimson color. She loved it, loved the way that he looked at her, it just brought her that sense of dark and mysterious nature that she wanted to see more of, and she realized that was something he did to her, probably without him even knowing.

He reached his hand to help her out of the speeder, and she gladly took it. When she pushed herself up, she realized that she was extremely uneasy on her feet, and with the heels on, it was hard for her to gain balance. Embarrassed, yet intoxicated, Kalina blushed and chuckled just a little. "Forgive me, I believe I drank much more than I intended tonight." She held on to his hand tightly, allowing him to lead her away as he bid the driver goodnight.

"Thanks for making it easy on me.", Christan said jokingly as he held the woman's hand, making sure that she kept her balance as they made it onto the path to the front of the estate. He led her down the stone path, the speeder that had brought them there rising up from the ground and wasting no time leaving them behind. When they reached the door to the estate, Christian reached out and turned the handle, pushing it open before he stepped back and waited for Kalina to lead the way.

He would have defended himself by telling her that it was the gentlemanly thing to do when letting her pass through the entrance to the home before him, but it was in truth a double standard. It was indeed the polite thing to do to let the lady go first, but Christian was more interested in getting a look a the woman's backside than he was worried about being a gentleman. As she lead the way into the home, Christian's crimson eyes looked her from head to toe, admiring her rather generous and toned curves as her hips swayed with each step, a look of interest clearly upon his face.

She was quite the woman, and if he was a man of lesser restraint he would have shut the door, thrown her on the couch and his living room and had his way with her in more ways than one. Alas, he wasn't as vicious as all that unless such a reaction was elicited from him, and something told him that this woman would test him in such ways sooner or later.

"Welcome to my humble abode.", Christian said as he passed the woman up and scaled the steps down into his large living room adorned in white furnishings resting atop a spotless white carpet. There was clearly a theme there of the more relaxed color, which he thought went rather well with the lack of light so far away from the city.

"Don't thank me just yet." Kalina told him with a playful smile on her face. She held on to him while he led her up towards the estate, but then allowed her to lead the way. She looked over her shoulder, a quick glance seeing him from head to toe before she turned back around and walked inside. Immediately, she undid the ties on her cloak, and wore nothing but a simple, little black dress. Her lightsaber was inside the cloak and she hung it up on the nearest holder for such a thing. The dress formed all of her curves perfectly, and she figured that if he liked being behind her before, he would definitely like it now.

"Your home is gorgeous." She said to him, her dark eyes gazing around, but almost at the same time that he had his thoughts, she did, too. If she was a little more herself, she wouldn't waste any time, not with a man like him, but there was something about the game of it all, the teasing, the way that they played with one another. What if she hadn't given in at the bar and she watched him walk away? How different would things be for her? They would be a lot less exciting, that was for sure.

She spun around on her heels and gave him a bit of a grin while she began to walk backwards. "It's calm here, unlike the city. It is...relaxed." She stopped walking backwards, and decided to walk up in front of him. "Speaking of being relaxed...what is it that you do to find peace and serenity in your very busy lifestyle?"

Christian smiled at the woman as she spoke, continuing to play her games and flirt with him like she appeared to be rather fond of doing. "I come here.", he said as he took a few steps over to a plush sofa, then turning and letting himself fall back into it. As he did, he raised his arms, palms up, at either side as if to display the home around them as an example he was using for his statement. "I retreat to the countryside, spend about an hour decided what to drink from my storage of alcohol in the cellar, and then I come to this very room and I wait for the rain to come."

He smiled as he dropped his hands atop the top of the sofa, allowing them to drape for comfort as he got more comfortable. He then raised on leg over the other, leaned his head back and let his eyes slant to a close, the smile still on his face. "Unless of course the weather doesn't permit it. If it doesn't I'll usually watch a little of the news on the holo, maybe plan my next trip to search for artifacts on other planets, or even take a walk in the area around my home.", he further explained, taking a deep breath and sighing as he could almost sense a bit of foul weather on the rise.

"It's very nice here. A peaceful haven reserved only for me."

When Kalina took off he cloak and set it aside, she was in a black dress, but watched Christian and every move that he made. She thought to herself how much she liked him not coming on to her so heavy now, he wasn't all over her, he didn't pull her down on the couch or picked her up to the bedroom, he just relaxed, almost like it was him doing what he wanted...that actually made Kalina feel more relaxed, it made her enjoy her time here already. It seemed that his escape from his chaotic life was home, and she looked around once more and could understand where that came from. It was content here, but it was when he mentioned the rain, that caught her attention a little more.

Once he finished, Kalina walked to the back of the couch, right behind him, and her hands went to his shoulders. It seemed like a comforting and affectionate gesture to lean in and start to rub his shoulders and the base of his neck. While she did this, she slipped off her heels and leaned her head down a little closer to him. "I enjoy the rain, too. The sound of it hitting the window pane, or the cool, refreshing feeling on your skin. The way it looks in the moonlight. It feels like a fresh start." She dug her hands a little deeper, not hard, but rough enough to work out any knots in his muscles. He was a tall man, very strong, she was sure that he had some tension built up in there.

"A peaceful haven, reserved for only you...and me, for the night." She whispered, a little proud smile on her face. She stopped rubbing his shoulders, and then walked around the couch so she was in front of him, Kalina realized just how badly she wanted him, but did nothing to aid to that realization, not yet. "I admire you life, Christian. I admire you center for peace in your chaotic world. So far, I believe I have liked everything about you."
