It's been a long time

"We decided against the laminanium, at least for the current models," Taeli said, picking up her data and shifting the data around to show the Harbinger, the Herald, and the Reaver droids. "Both the Harbinger and Herald are armored with phrik plating with turadium skeletons and such, but they are heavily armed. The Harbinger is more of the YVH type while the Herald is more in line with what a Phase III Dark Trooper was, big guns and rockets. The Reaver is designed to be anti-Force User, so it has a dual layer armor of titanium and cortosis. Pre-programmed with data on the traditional lightsaber forms so they can counter and fight Jedi with their cortosis swords."

They were first models for the more ... specialized droids, but she was proud of them and the work her engineers and designers did on the droids.

The holograph display swirled and shifted towards those of the Harbinger, Herald, and Reaver designs. Danger gave a cant of her head, studying the designs and the materials along with the respective specifications. Indeed, Miz Raaf and her research and developers had been busy. Certainly expanded her company from the original antimatter operation it once dominated.

With the way the Yuuzhan Vong had become an integral part of the One Sith Empire, there were several companies who were in some manner, taking dealing with the Yuuzhan Vong in their own hands.

Some a bit more bloodier than others.
“How did they fare in the field?”

"We're holding off on the Herald and Reaver from full field testing," Taeli stated. "While they are available for purchase, we want to make their presence known more later. The Harbinger though has gone through some field testing and it exceeded our expectations. Hasn't been truly tested in the fires of the war though, but that will be coming up soon enough."

She leaned back and poured herself some more water for her tea, just enjoying the flavor of her favorite. It was a bit of a weakness to her, but everyone had it ... and if tea was her big substance weakness then she was pretty set for substances.

“Did the field test include Yuuzhan Vong Warriors?” Danger followed up in query. Field testing could mean anything, and if these were meant to hold their own against that invading force, then she wanted to know exactly how well they managed. Gerion had his own version of Anti Vong Droids; the man was the top tier seller and distributor of such products.

Danger stepped off from her perch on the desk and began a saunter over towards the bar. “You’ll have to consider how Hegemonic Automatons current series compares. They hold the market on such droids.” she told her honestly, seeing as that would be her main competitor.

“Perhaps you should consider callin’ on Gerion Ardik for any potential collaboration.”

"No you are right, they haven't been tested against Vong warriors," Taeli said, watching the woman move to the bar. "They were developed in response to the battles on Contruum and Balmorra, and as major battle has not been fought again since those that involve the Vong, we won't get the valuable data from that test just yet. However, I certainly wouldn't be against contacting Hegemonic Automaton for their expertise and such, even if they are the competition in that sense."

She knew they had been at this game longer than she had been, but one had to start somewhere after all. Her datapad gave a slight beep and she looked down at it while Danger got her drink. The team heading to Togoria for Project Galvani was checking in to inform they had arrived in the system and would be proceeding to several sites they thought might be places for viable material.

"Excuse the beep, I have a team working on something and I need to be in constant update on this," she apologized.

Danger would only smile.

"Of course," she would gesture, suggesting that the woman take the call. For the present time, Danger would rise from her perch. The clip of her heels would draw her in a slow amble around her desk. There was much to be done. Plenty to consider. This was a small test run, and as such, she would have to contact Haven Shipyards.

That wasn't the only thing. New shifts of government were turning cogs and making waves. Murmurs of a potential schism within the One Sith. Another would mention the movements of Imperial troops along the Outer Rim. All required investigation, as it would affect her trade routes one way or another.

As it was, she was curious if Aurora Industries would require anything else. Membership in the Business Bureau had its perks. For now, she had much to do with Browncoat Arms and Mara Tibx for their future.

"There was one other thing," Taeli said, as she closed her datapad after sending a message to the team on Togoria. They had carte blanche in how they wanted to set up the site, she would be along soon to see if for herself. "I was interested in securing a contract to purchase TibannaX for another project I've been wanting to work on. As Mara TibX is really the only game in town for such, I wanted to discuss the matter with you."

Danger's brows would perk, and she sank back into her chair with a small smile.

"Tib Ex?" a nod, then a small motion of her hand to pull out a drawer from her desk. There, she withdrew a small platinum case, her thumb sliding over to the latch.

"I would be happy to fulfill those need through Mara Tibx," she told the brunette. "How much and how often of a shipment are you looking for?"

They had recently procured new facilities across the galaxy, notably Taloraan and various nebulae. Currently they were in the process of trying to develop a more efficient way to craft spun tibanna and the preliminary results were encouraging.

"A medium size shipment every two standard weeks or so to Saleucami," Taeli replied. "We're in the process of developing a stealth freighter for some more ... security conscious tasks and shipments, including what my people are working on currently as you heard from the datapad. So, we need a rather nice supply chain of the isotope for our purposes."

It was always good to get ahead of a project, and while they were still drawing up the designs for the freighter back on Erilnar, she wanted to get the supply chain all sorted before Project Galvani progressed too far. There was also the matter of developing something more secure for Otherspace transit as only a few names in the private sector even ventured there. If only the Charon could be dealt with in some way, but alas death cults tended to not be interested in chatter beyond screaming death to all life.

Danger would mull over that bit of information, giving a small nod. "We can do that. Is there a location you would like to be specifically delivered to?" while she asked the questions, Danger settled in her chair and began to type up the notes. She would relay it over to Alisha'ven and then it would get routed over to Mara Tibx.

"How soon would you want it?" came her next one. Typing up a contract wouldn't be difficult for Miss Raaf to review and approve.

"Saleucami is the site that we would like it delivered to," Taeli said with a smile. "As for when we would like it to arrive, the sooner the better as always Miss Arceneau. My engineers should hopefully be getting started on the development of the craft soon, once the designs are finalized."

She was looking forward to this project as it held such importance for both Project Galvani and for Aurora operations. A way to have their freighters not be tracked when traveling the shipping lanes was really something many companies would want. She was actually surprised ATC didn't have something like that already.

"Sounds like ya'll have a good plan going on with that." Danger would smile out, entering that last bit of information. It certainly would be interesting to craft stealth ships for that specific purpose. Arceneau Trade had their own versions of cargo ships that would use Tibx as well, but they weren't completely stealth capable.

For the most part, Arceneau Trade did alright in regards to their convoys, although there were a few issues here and there with pirates. "We've our own Tibx engine we've produced. And are also working on a fuel efficient reactor." Danger told the brunette. A couple of seconds and she would review the information she typed up on the contract. Satisfied, she would sweep one hand, and take the holographic image to place it before Miss Raaf.

"Please review for accuracy. Medium sized shipment every two weeks to Salumecai." the respective prices were listed below, with a long term contract providing notable savings.

Reviewing what Danger had typed up, she nodded to herself and noted the benefits a long term arrangement came with. Taeli would be fool to disregard that, especially as Aurora currently didn't have their own resources and stockpiles of the valuable isotope. Taking out her datapad's digipen, she signed her name on the contract and handed it back to Danger.

"As always, it is a pleasure doing business with you, Miss Arceneau," she said, smiling. "This will go a long way in certain long term goals Aurora Industries has in mind."

[member="Taeli Raaf"]

Danger would mirror the smile, coming to a feet to shake the woman's hand.

"It is always a pleasure, Miss Raaf. I wish you good luck on your upcoming projects." her smile grew wider. "I look forward to their completion and unveiling."

The Southern Systems Expo would soon display all of the newest technology in the 'verse. It was certainly something to look forward to, and perhaps Miss Raaf will have her projects done by then for the unveiling.
