Jackal in a Cage

Kay-Larr

Outside of Chasin City, at the base and inside of Mount Coquitlam stood one of Commenor's military bases. It wasn't new by any means, but activity there has increased due to recruitment, more funding and upgrades to the trading planet's defences. And given that the previous administration allowed the Crime Lords to grow and take over some sections of the planets cities, well, something needed to be done.

[member="Cadan Tazi"] , a notorious slaver and Spice King had somehow found his way to Commenor. He was caught in an ambush as he was setting up a slave auction in one of the Warehouse districts. His long time rival Kay was there to see to his capture personally. She gathered evidence and had him brought to the military base, chained up to a wall in a holding cell until she figures out what to do with him.

If Cadan was here, then what about the other Jackals? Was [member="Flannigan Mcnash"] still around too? Kay's General had hired [member="Thraxis"] to help capture the Crime Lords, but also to keep the newly elected President in line to protect his position. But General Santiago might not stay in his position for long. [member="Crucifere Sin"] was the new Minister of Defence and he was training others that could in time, unseat the General. Maybe that's partly why she hired the Sith Lord anyways?

Kay approached the cell where Cadan stood chained, her hands clasped behind her. She didn't enjoy this like some would think. No. She was concerned about what Cadan being here on Commenor could mean. "What are you doing here, Cadan? Come to turn the tables since the Hutt Cartel is gone and interfere with my plans?" No doubt the slaver was probably envisioning their roles being reversed. And in case he had any tricks up his sleeve, she had a couple of her own.

The Man Dies, The Machine Lives
"I'm." His cold silicon eyes reflected the charcoal roof above, their flickering lights, the occasional flash of a setting terminal was lost to him. No matter the cool breeze that moved around him he'll never flinch, never turn towards the setting sun, never feel its touch on his skin. Never to feel. "Alive."

He rose, a mass of sharp angles, each corner each segment armour plated with thick metal sheets. He clicked the sound of small machinery, tiny pistons moving underneath its skin. 'click-clack' it sounded as he moved as he breathed 'Click clack click...' as he spoke 'clack click clack...' it created an unusual sound changing a fraction later, a slight tock to his tick that made the sound never quite the same, and never quite faded into the background. "Where. Is my. Old friend's?"

He sat there, swivelling on a chair back and forth and forth and back, rogue strobe lights filtered in from behind a curtain as he waited in the back of a club. The smell of vile and sick hung in the air, mixing with the smells of perfume and alcohol. "How did it come to this?"

"How the mighty have fallen."
"Answer me god damn you!"
"Answer me."
He was deep in searching a mirror, studying his form with cold cybernetics, running his clawed hands down his chest plinking at it with a dull metallic ringing sound. 'plick'

"Please."

Cadan's head was still buzzing since it was smacked against the concrete, he shivered slightly in his cell and stared daggers at his captor. Cadan was always on the other end of this scene, he was the one staring at those in chains. Cadan pulled at the chains attempting to free himself, scratching and denting his robotic arm and bruising his other.

"Tell me Kay. Why don't you just go a'ead and shoot me? I ain't gonna tell you anythin' and we both know I'll be gettin' out of 'ere. But before I do, I'll be rippin' your damned 'ead right from your spine!" Cadan shouted towards Kay, spit flying from his mouth. He was angry from being capture, but also he was going through withdrawals. He had become reliant on spice to keep him going and now it was being held from him.

Cadan began again to violently shake at the chains before his red, beady eyes were settle back on the Kay. "I ain't gonna tell you anythin'." He repeated.

Kay watched the display of hatred spewing forth from [member="Cadan Tazi"] . She didn't move, didn't react to his threats. Instead she just merely looked at him and waited for him to quiet down enough for her to be heard. "You might not want to tell me anything now...but you will later. Perhaps you just need a good night's sleep? You are bound pretty tight, so struggling won't do you any good. The nicer you are, the more willingness that you are to cooperate, then the more freedom you could be given.

You really shouldn't of come here..."

The longer that she had to wait for him to answer her questions, the more that she had to worry about whether or not more Jackals were on Commenor. How would they react when they see her in a higher position of power? Would it matter? For some reason she didn't think that it would matter to space pirates [member="Flannigan Mcnash"] , unless he chose to hold her for ransom. It had been ages since she had heard any reports of him being spotted. Maybe someone had finally defeated him...

[member="Cadan Tazi"] being restrained was not something Crucifere would have done, no he would let them try to fight back, and break their will of any hope of winning a fight with the SIth Lord. So as he walked in behind [member="Lady Kay"], hearing the man's words about not saying anything, he gave a sinister chuckle that was both soft, and yet cold. Removing his robes to reveal that he indeed had two weapons on his hips that signified he was a user of the force, Sin gave the man a death stare.

"That's okay, you don't need to talk....I'll take what we want to know....and leave a vegetable behind for your friends to come finish off for me."

This, of course, was a lie. Kay would not let Sin do that, but hey, the Duros didn't know that Kay had this Sith Lord on a leash, though long it was. Sin took a took one step before the thug, and reached for both weapons.

"Do you know who I am?"

The Hand Of Friendship

"Come in Cadan?" his clawed hands raked across the control panel, creating thin lines in the network of lights on his holo panel. "Do you read me?" he sat there silently, looking over his hand's following the segments of metal twist and bend. "Come in..." The REPORT came in, the whispers of what had happened, the trappings of a failed slave auction, the capture of an old friend. "This is Flannigan," he clicked. "burn it all to the ground."

"I am designated as IG 99." the droid spoke, its cylindrical head with a multitude of tinted red glass panels turned, The synaptic eye's buzzing with the radiate red hues of his altered vision, light discoursing and leaking from them in pale red beams. "Commencing count down."

"Ten." Hover cars and small transports began to buzz, moving from locations unseen moving through the streets with deadly purpose. "nine, eight." squads of 12 B2 super battle droids, were placed all along the city in random locations, in alleys, back entrances of motels and shops. "Seven, six, five..."
"May gods love be upon Chasin City, for it has none of mine."
"One." 'BANG' Pillars of smoke began to rise, like dark hands clawing towards the sky, the kill squads of droids entered buildings opening fire upon everything in sight, It started with a very surprised janitor and than it spread to a very surprised barman, the surprise was infectious and ultimately deadly, they would fire on all they saw leaving burned and belayed scorch marks on the grounds and walls. The cry of concrete the falling of buildings as charges were set off, the glow of burning. "I am designated as IG 99."

Kay watched [member="Crucifere Sin"] and [member="Cadan Tazi"] for a moment before alarms started to go off within the base. That caused her to jump as she wasn't expecting it. All of their commlinks started to go off. "CHASIN CITY IS UNDER ATTACK!! BATTLE DROIDS ARE KILLING EVERYONE IN SIGHT!!"

Without even waiting, Kay took off out of the holding cell area down the hallway and exited the base with an array of soldiers already suited up, armed and awaiting orders from their Commanders. She skidded in her tracks as she saw the smoke billowing from the city just twenty kilometres away. Flashes of light could be seen from the weapons that were being fired.

gensantiago.jpg

General Omar Santiago was well on his way, coordinating the first battalion from the east side. "The enemy is attacking from the south. We must not let them get further into the city. Get ahead of them and push them back!"

Sirens rang out through the city. Everyone heard them before when the Mandalorians were attacking the system, so they knew what to do. Evacuate to the mining tunnels deep underground. It was all a maze down there but they knew where their shelters were. And so they started, hoping that it would be over soon.

[member="Flannigan Mcnash"]

At first, all was quiet. The soft sound of humming as the two ships drifted through open space, holes riddle throughout them both, yet all its main systems seemed in-tact. This was the ghost-ship of one A.D.A.M. and it had became his prison for far too long. drifting for what felt like a millennia with his two Exarchs attached to each other with power cables, using a circular energy method and only using power when needed to maneuver.. How long had he stayed like this? Without purpose? Without a drive to push himself further? How long had he drifted this endless expanse of black void. Not even the holonet kept him very interested in long anymore.
A transmission ringed in.. A private line one he hadn't felt on his radar in a long time, perhaps someone finally cracked his encryption..? Nonsense, it was a constant changing algorithm of six hundred and thirty five characters.. Who could it-
The blip came up, a large code of data, almost outdated in its use, but it served its purpose.
"The Captain.."
[member="Flannigan Mcnash"]
The ships began to spring to life as sequences for hyper-drive were initiated.. The radar blip, wasn't far and it certainly wouldn't take him long to reach the destination.
The ship's engine sprang to life and burst, its movement suddenly bursting at full speed. The hull of the ship began stripping apart as it moved through hyperspace, the bits that were exposed tearing apart.. Halfway through the second exarch detached and was lost to hyperspace.
"Make it."
A.D.A.M. commanded the remains of the ship.
He had already uploaded himself into the TITAN war droid and was awaiting to enter the atmosphere,
the large Droid stood in the escape pod, waiting patiently.
"Five"
ADAM began counting down. A sudden resistance hit the ship, bits of metal fallnig from the ship began raining from the sky down on the city, splashing into buildings and the streets, the escape pod loosened itself and launched from the ship as it hit the atmosphere. It burned in the atmosphere, it's point of impact a night club on the far slum side of the city, the location of the blip.. Where ADAM would find his captain. The ship itself would begin coming down to smash into a large building, and due to the way of entry it would be extremely difficult for anti-air to respond quickly.
[member="Lady Kay"]
The escape-pod sailed through the sky at break-neck pace, it came down hard, like a meteor, bouncing off of the street a few times before crashing in the side of the night club.
[member="Flannigan Mcnash"]

Cadan laugh in Kay's face. "I will be gettin' out of 'ere women." Cadan cast his eyes down to the ground. He was thinking much the same, he really shouldn't have come to that blasted city. But what's done is done, now he had to think of a way to escape. His spice riddled mind was coming up blank. Spice? Now the thought was in his head, when did he have his last hit. It was at the city, with his slaves. "Kark." He whispered under his breathe thinking of the spice that he had left behind.

All of a sudden someone else was laughing? Cadan cast his eyes towards the sith approaching them and rolled his eyes. "Put a robe back on, I ain't wanna see that." Cadan spat towards Crucifere, the stench of unwashed mouth and decaying teeth flying towards them. "The kark would I know who you are? All you I see is a weak boned sith, 'iding behind their specail little swords." Cadan spoke, a smile crossing his face.

His head turned back to Kay, a calm anger seem to cross over him. "The Cartel may be gone Kay, but that don't mean I don't 'ave people who will look for me."

OOC: Sorry about the wait, have been helping my step sister move + going to TAFE should be back to posting normally now!

[member="Lady Kay"] [member="Flannigan Mcnash"] [member="Crucifere Sin"]

[member="Cadan Tazi"] mocked the Sith Lord only to be met with a stoic look that could careless about the spittle coming at him. Sin brushed it off the clothes, with a calm look coming back to the man as sirens rose up about an attack. Quickly, [member="Lady Kay"] left only to hear the last sentence the man would be able to speak as Crucifere knelt before him with a deranged look on in the Vahla's eyes.

"The only person keeping you alive just left friend. Let's hear you scream."

Suddenly, with the force being drawn into Sin, pain would shoot through the Duro's body as if fire had been mixed with his blood and each one of his nerves were pinched. Sin's red eyes never left the alien's face as the deranged look became more primal and wild.

"There's going to be two options here...either you die....or you can start working for me...I'll let you think on that though. Give you sometime to ponder on what is more important.."

The pain would increase ten fold, and Sin never laid a single finger on the prisoner. But, he had to wonder, what was [member="Flannigan Mcnash"] thinking, attacking so irrationally. If he continued, he would probably be the Duro's demise, and the whole reasoning of him being here would be obsolete. Though, Sin knew if he killed the man, there would be an ear full later about it. Oh well, that was war was it not?

The Cost Of Friendship

'THUMP' 'THUMP' it was as if gods hand had descended upon the city, the sound of an amplified thudding sound filled the street projected through the droid's speakers, on the open air way it was a heart beat 'THUMP' 'THUMP'. In the hand of the cyborg he was just testing the speaker's rattling his finger's off the head of the microphone, a look passing between him and those with him it said 'is this thing on?'. "You had my attention, now you have my interest. Trandosha, Cyborrea, Sleheryon they had my interest, how many died cause of that?" the speakers and the open com air pronounced, declaring himself here officially.

"You're thinking right now why am I here." he began to pace, his feet gauging holes in the carpet removing lengths of the red blanket that covered floor. "I wasn't here for anything really, I was here for a party believe it or not. Here celebrating my life day, to my health right? Now instead of drink and cheer there's burning buildings and crying, my gift to you and its not even your life day."

---
"Cheer and drinks," the droid declared, moving through the building kicking down doors, turning searing fire on people, turning people to searing fire. "burning buildings and crying..."
---
"Try not to strain yourself with the next part, I know thinking isn't your strong suit." he took the moment to pause, removing the head from a cigar leaning towards a neighbouring gout of flame lighting it, misty grey smoke roiled out in grey clouds coalescing above his head like a greasy halo. "What can I do, what THREAT do I pose. I can't field a fleet, nor an army, I'm not a general anymore, I'm certainly not the fist of the cartel anymore. I'm not even a threat to you anymore." a smile touched those cybernetic eye's, a soft laughing bubbling up from the speakers. "That's why I'm not going to punish you, I'm going to punish them. The common folk they can take it right? But the question is can you?"

"I'm not gonna fight you, I'm gonna go to ground like a bad chemical spill. I'll poison the ground, bribe corrupt and turn this city on its head. I'll burn it all." he paused breathing in the atmosphere, the knife edge of destruction. "Or you can give me what's mine, and if I think anything has altered, followed him. I'll make this your worse memory."

"Get with the god damn program, and stop screwing with me." 'POP' the humming of the microphone ceased dead silence all around, all except the crackling of fire, and the screaming.

Thraxis wandered the city streets, watching as eerily familiar droids wandered around, entering the buildings all around him, he took note of each one. His job was to deal with crime lords, not some pesky droids that wandered around the place. Though after a while, a choir of screams started to echo behind each trodden step. These were quick to the punch, a short narrow breath of noise before silencing fast enough. He paused for a second, his eyes narrowing, "This... this could be connected to the crime bosses..." he said with a quiet whisper beneath his breath. His com pulled up, pausing for a second as his eyes traced the all to familiar droids that seemed to get the job done faster then a virgin.

"All Gammoreans, take notes of these droids... don't interfere. I kinda like the music. Adds some tension to the dance." he said as he quickly closed his com, following slowly in time with the droid. Slowly the locomotion become entrancing, watching as it walked with such control to death, trailing behind it he noticed it never turned to kill him, its goal was direct, straight to the kill. He watched as he was almost captivated by its movements before he saw it move through and into the bar, "Oh, crap!" he yelled as his entrancement was broken as he broke into a sprint. He heard the gears clink and clank as some familiar rhetoric began to be spewed. An all too familiar dulcet echo, not the voice, the way it spoke, the pause between the mechanical breaths. The noise started to tick and tock in his brain, at the very tip of his fingers. Always within sight but constantly out of grasp.

He paused for a second, it continued to echo its vacant voice as it moved on, pushing the doors out of its way as it began its locomotive motion a heartbeat, pushing it on wards. He paused for a second, racking his brain as his instincts kicked in, "Oi Bolts for brains!" he yelled, the droid pausing for a second, registering the voice as the monologue froze, "You got any last beeps and boops, clinks and clanks before I take you back down to the scrapyard?" he said, a hiss hidden in his voice as rage blistered over him, watching and waiting for it too finish its beeps and boops, clinks and clanks.

"Hello Captain Thraxis. How may I be of service to you today." a monotone and flat voice echoed from the machine, as he inspected closer an ill feeling rushed over him, his eyes widened as he heard something echo from the broadcasting machines. He paused for a second, recoiling in the rush of information that he just been dropped on him, a wash of anger, dread, joy and excitment rushing over him in one uneasy mess of emotion.

"Oh no.... oh...oh please no." he said with a sigh as he turned from the droid, his eyes wide with worry, it seemed he had been tossed between a rock and a hard place. One one side, his old boss was back in town, something he knew he coulnd't beat in a fight. And on the other side, Kay had hired him to get rid of the crime bosses. Which brings up the problem, if Flannigan was the boss, then this situation was a lot more dire then he even knew.

Kay's eyes were drawn to the skies as a ship tore itself apart as it descended into the atmosphere. It was like watching a bizarre meteor shower. Anti-air turrets opened fire on the larger pieces to try to knock them away from the city. If they had reacted sooner, then it might have worked better. A few buildings on the edge of the city were struck by [member="A.D.A.M."] and the parts of his ship. More smoke billowed in the air. Was that screams that she heard too? Or was it just her imagination? No, she was just feeling them through the Force just before they died.

Shouts and movements of a flurry of soldiers were all around her, but she paid them no mind. Instead she just stared at the city, full of worry and sadness over the lives in danger and those that were lost.

Then came the transmission. She heard [member="Flannigan Mcnash"] 's voice over the radios. Oh no. Somehow he knew that [member="Cadan Tazi"] was in her custody. And this was punishment for that. Every time she tried to be proactive, bad things happen. She tried with [member="Thraxis"] and that didn't always work either. Right now he was working for her. But how long before he was snatched up by Flannigan?

Kay turned back to the base and bypassed the running soldiers to the holding cell. She stormed into the room where [member="Crucifere Sin"] and Cadan were, almost crashing into her Minister of Defence. "Hurry! Chasin City is under attack! You have to stop them! People are dying and it's all my fault!" Her words spilled out in rapid succession. "Flannigan knows that we have Cadan! He wants him back!"

She was flustered, torn as to what to do. But she had people here that were trained in warfare. [member="Gray Raxis"] would want to help. She hoped. Kay brought up her commlink and signalled him. "Gray?! Gray! I need you in Chasin City! We're under attack! Hurry!"

The jump out of hyperspace that ADAM had just achieved would have ripped apart a normal flesh-being, a sudden stop to not become flat on a planet's surface but fast enough to enter the atmosphere without burning to a crisp right away. This was ADAM, a calculated, cold machine. Flannigan's tracker blipped again on ADAM's radar, the escape pod he had launched more as a bouncy-ball or a shuttle than for it's actual purpose.

The metal sphere had came to rest in the side of a night club, steam and smoke rose from the metal pod, electricity sparked around it, a crowd had gathered around it, wondering what it was.. the debris around it seemed to stick to it for a long moment, a mix of metal shards and rocks. Many were yelling that they would blast whatever came out of the pod, others seemed worried about it's safety.
[member="Lady Kay"]

Inside of the metal sphere, ADAM stood in his TITAN, a giant class four war droid. It reached to either side of the pod, grappling up it's Jet-Hammer in his right hand while the left hand slid onto a rotary blaster that attached at the bottom side of his wrist. The lights flickered about him as he did this, the only consistent light coming from the two glowing yellow optic sensors burried in the helm of the massive droid.
"Almost time.."
his voice came out, like that of a ghost, and it played over the surrounding monitors and other sound devices within a mile of te pod.
The cold Metallic voice echo'd with a soft chill.
"Come in, Captain.. This is A.D.A.M ready for combat."
He spoke through a encrypted code that would play directly into [member="Flannigan Mcnash"] 's audio sensor.
Steam rushed as the pod doors began opening, and as the electro-magnetic field dropped from the pod, the debris that had been sticking to it suddenly shot in all directions, as if fired by a slug thrower. Those who stood above four feet would be torn to shreds by the bits of metal moving at such high rates of speed. Screams would probably be heard for a few miles, some wouldn't die right away, butt he thick bits of metal logging themselves into these people would see to it.
The large War-Droid stepped out of the pod, slowly moving itself into view of the street, it's durasteel plating clinking together softly as the sound of hydraulics could be heard with each step this giant creature took. It glared in the direction of Flannigan's signal
"Do tell me that's you, and not some scavenger that took your parts.."
At this point, ADAM's droid body would probably be on several surveillance systems or cameras.. Plain for the general public to see!

Flannigan Mcnash said:
"May gods love be upon Chasin City, for it has none of mine."
The gods--or rather a madman who believed he was the incarnation of a god--would reply to this cry for assistance. He saw the ship enter atmosphere, committing a kamikaze handing on his scanners from his battleship. With him was the Alpha Company ((In sig)), armed to the teeth with their brutal, fine-tuned weapons. His armor, polished and gleaming clad his body glistened as he turned and walked from the bridge to the landing bay. Here his Mandolorian Commandos stood ready with the volunteers from the army of the Raxis Empire. They were clad in the standard Skirmisher armor, M5, and were ready to do the damage they had to do to get this job. There were other soldiers milling around and getting ready but--well the general and god of order wasn't ready to have them deployed yet. Only a fool played all the pieces in his hand at once.

The soldiers, the commandos, all of them snapped to smart attention as their god and leader entered the room. He was their hope, their motivation, their lord and savior. He had provided them with bread, with a new life and a new chance to live. He had come to negotiate and begin working out a deal for a temple to his Pantheon on Commenor but--this presented itself as a chance to make good on why she should let them have a presence on this planet. They were protectors, guardians, and helpers of the weak. And this was a perfect example of why. And he would earn it.

"Continue to prepare the war machines," Ardgal ordered, his voice strong and loud, carried across the hangar, "In case we need them. We do not want to turn this into an all out war, but if they insist, we will retaliate in kind."

"Yes sir, of course," came the reply from an officer.

He looked across his men, their eyes shimmering with hope, with faith, with a desire to make him proud. He gave them a loving, paternal smile, 'Do not pray for my will to be done."

"For we will act to bring it to be!" came the enthusiastic echo.

"For my kingdom will be done."

"And your will shall come."

"This is my will; detain if you can, but kill all who resist. Shoot on site. Re-institutionalize order. Move out."

Ardgal placed his helmet back on his head, sealing it with a hiss. He stode towards the door, leading out to space and stepped off. His rocket boots guided him a few meters forward before gravity began to pull him down. His men followed, and the saints began a free fall into atmos and through the space. His armor heated up as he flew through the clouds, the hot air, leaving a streak of fire behind him, "Alert the locals we are arriving. Tell them we mean them no harm."

"Yes, sir, locals have been notified."

When the city came into view and details came into view, he pivoted, his rocket boots roared to life, slowing his fall and only making the concrete street under him buckle with his weight. The other warriors began to land all around him, soon the surrounding streets were full of the saints of Ardgal.

Gray was at Doldur when the message from [member="Lady Kay"] had come in. He was preparing for the arrival of Batou Rouge, the Nagai pirate king turned fleet commander, and the fleets of the now faded Free Colonies. It seemed Commenor was under attack, which seemed odd since they had ships there that would have aggressively defended against any uncooperative ship. But they might have been on patrol at the time or dealing with pirates or some other such matter. He would just need to make sure things were handled better from this point forward. For now, he would get things moving and get a response ready as soon as possible.

Gray began to order troops and ships to ready. He watched as the troopers began to rush about grabbing armor, arms, and combat goods. He watched ships being prepped and readied to carry his men. He got on his communicator and sent a message to Batou to stop at Commenor with his fleet so as to defend the planet. Then sent a message to [member="Ardgal Raxis"] who he knew was on the planet currently. He said in it, " Ardgal this is Gray. I will be bringing in reinforcements from Doldur using the fast transports. Update me on the situation when I arrive and let me know where things are needed. Commander Batou will be arriving as well, just not sure when. Watch for his arrival and do the same for him. Until those moments, best of luck to you."

Gray ended the message and watched as 2 carriers loaded with 6 dropships each were finished being prepared. The organic ships were about to have their first flight into combat, and it brought a bit of a smile to Gray's face. The troopers were almost finished readying themselves as well, many of them experienced from the rebellion. All 144 of them were loaded out in Skirmisher armor, m5s, sp-01, and wa-01. 72 contained Co-Ri shields with equipment backpacks and 72 with Mr. Bubbles instead. They all had the Raxian banner painted onto their armor and their armor colored in the dark blue and gray of the Raxian Empire. He smiled once more looking at them. Things were progressing for the clan and they were about to make good on their word to Commenor.

Gray said after the last of them lined up, " Brothers and sisters, Commenor has come under attack. Chasin City needs our help and we are honor bound to provide it. They agreed to fly our banners and build an embassy, which both of these things have been done with no hesitation. And so I ask, no, expect for us to do the same. We will fly to Commenor, we will defend her people, and then we will celebrate our victory. Family, Honor, Clan. Now lets go show the galaxy exactly what that means, what it means to be a Raxis!" He raised a fist into the air as he finished speaking. A cheer went out amongst the troops and then they began to load up onto the ships. They were on their way and would be there soon.

=================================================================================================
Batou sat in the commander's seat of the ship he had chosen to command from for this operation. It was nothing fancy, just moving ships from one location to another. It was boring and tedious, but it meant there would likely be more action in the future. The Free Colonies had been a great promise of entertainment and fortune, but people just were not willing to commit to the idea in the end. So now he was moving their navel assets to the Raxian Empire, which members of the clan technically owned the rights to the ships anyways. He just wished things were not so boring right now.......and then the message came in from the boss man.

Batou stood up with a wicked grin on his face as he finished listening to the words. An attack on Commenor, the location they were going to stop at anyways during their hyperlane swap. They were to arrive and aid the planet. This was perfect, simply perfect for him. He got on the com system and said over it to every ship in his fleet, " Good news everyone! Some karkers attacked Commenor and now we are going to stop there to help deal with it. Prepare for some action and be ready to shoot down anything that isn't our own! I want this to be as bloody a battle on their end and as bloodless on our own as you can make it. Anyone who dies on me out there I will kill again me self. Now get to it you karkin' nerf herders!"

Batou sat down with the impish grin still glued to his face. He was ecstatic right now, and ready to watch some blood flow. He hadn't had a good fight in far too long, so he hoped this promised to provide him one. It was not long either before every ship in his fleet came out of hyperspace in orbit of Commenor. As soon as they were out, he sent a message to Lady Kay. He said over it, " Madam President, your salvation has arrived! Weep tears of joy for me, because I will be seeing you real soon Red!" He then sent a message out to every Raxian ship, troop, and ally, " The Crimson Wraith hath arrived. Pray forgiveness for ye sins, because your reckoning hath come! Let all ye whom trespass against the Commenor folk tremble, the spirit of demise seeks ye!" He then sat back in his seat as the dramatics were done. He was going to have a jolly ol' time today. He just wished they hadn't left the rum.

OOC: Batou fleet is 5 Plunder-class frigates and 50 Colonial Interceptors.

The words ran through Cadan's hollow head. "Let's hear you scream.". Cadan opened his mouth to make a witty or dimwitted comment but had no time. It took mere seconds before his body was in agony. "Let's hear you scream.". There it was again. The Jackal gritted his teeth, his breathes slowly coming faster and shorter. His fist would clench, even his robotic hand was twitching in pain.

"Arrrghhhh! Karking Sith!" Cadan shouted at the top of his lungs, the pain surging through his whole body. His mind began to wonder through the pain, this was how it was all going to end? By a Sith? Cadan couldn't have that at all. "A wolf caught in a trap will chew off its own leg just to survive." Cadan wasn't a wolf. He was a Jackal, something he wore proudly. He began thrusting his non-robotic hand against the chains, first it was scratches then blood began to trail down his arm. With each thrust the wound getting deeper, but no-where near as much pain he was from the Sith.

The pain plus his body going through with spice withdrawals was ready to do anything to escape. Cadan's brain was set now, he would get his next hit of Spice, and he would have it over the Sith's dead body. Suddenly through his own pain filled eyes, he saw Kay enter the room. Then he heard her say something that made him laugh through his pain. "Flannigan knows we have Cadan.". Cadan began cackling through the pain.

"He's going to kill you Sith!" Cadan yelled, veins popping across the top of his head. "And I'm going to eat everything inside you when he's done!" Cadan's eyes burned with hatred. The pain he felt was worse then when his arm was ripped off by a wookie. But soon he would have justice.

[member="Cadan Tazi"] was now acting out of desperation and survival instincts, which Sin found impressive even through the pain he was going through. But [member="Lady Kay"]'s interruption broke the attack on his body as the dark lord's attention was given elsewhere. Sirens were going off, but Sin's demeanor was calm even though an attack was now taking place. The president's actions along with her words seemed almost hysterical to the Vahla he observed her. With the words spoken by the Jackal member now taking Sin back to the prisoner, half a smirk crossed his face in reaction to the threat he spat out.

"Did you know, back during the times of the Vitae Alliance, it was I who was acting admiral during the skirmishes to take back [member="Solan Charr"]'s daughter? [member="Flannigan Mcnash"] was the man who was my opponent..."

Sin bent his knees to get on the same eyes level with the Duros' as his smirk turned into a twisted grin. The Sith reached out through the Force, piercing the Jackal's mind, gripping his thoughts tight.

"I do believe the only reason I did not finish of Mcnash that day was because I was ordered to remove my ships from Hutt space thanks to Charr's irrationality. Today....I am being ordered to defend Commenor...and Mcnash has no one to stop me from going all out....I'll bring you is body so you can eat his insides though."

Releasing the Duros's thoughts, Sin turned to leave the room with three Commenor Guards. These men had been trained by elite soldiers from Sin's person Drakon Regiment. But he also left Frecker, a captain within the Blood Knights to continue the torturing process of Cadan.

"President Kay, calm down, and breath. Focus on one thing at a time, and move on to the next when you have presented a solution to the previous problem. Mcnash is not military, but a thug with big guns, The Raxian Empire are Mandalorian, trained soldiers from birth. [member="Gray Raxis"] is a smart man. I'm sure he knows what he is doing. You on the other hand need to begin getting people to safety."

Sin turned back to his com now, preparing to command the Commenor Guard program along with some Drakons to boot. Already here were some remnants of the Shadow Fleet. This would provide much needed help to the Raxian Empire. Sin had lent what was left of the Hikage Armada to the Commenor navy, and already they had come back from the patrol, taking aim at a foe they had already seen before.

"This is Captain Toligon of the Hikage Armada, we suggest you stand down Mcnash. Will you comply?" Sin's first mate stood on the Hanzai with her hands behind her back as the female Vahla stared at the enemy. She had been there when Sin was on the bridge in the Skirmish against Mcnash. She knew this would be too easy, not like when they had went up against the Primevil, that had been a very bad day. "Do not bring down the wrath of the Shadow Dynasty upon your front door. I have been given permission to open fire if you decline. Already my Shadows' long guns are locking on, and my Ritorus are preparing to charge you. My own guns are charging to fire. You came to the wrong system thug."

"This is Captain Toligon of the Hikage Armada," he nodded his head along with the words, raising a single clawed hand to scratch his metal chin. "Already my Shadows' long guns are locking on..." in that moment he'd take the time to look over his shoulder, following the contours of his environment before raising his massive shoulder's shrugging. "Neat." he spoke into the comlink, before blocking that signal.

"I want to speak to Kay," he pronounced the speakers from the droids proclaiming it into the streets. "not her cronies, not her mewling babes. Talk to me when you're serious about saving lives."

---
"I am designated as IG 99."
The droids were dispersed over the city in random pockets of twelve droids, they were no army in total there were no more than two hundred scattered over the city, merely attacking with random spurts of laser fire, no towering battle ships to supply aid just a few droids and a city of panicked people.

---
"Have my transport prepared." he said entering a dark metallic cube, slotting himself into the grooved seat before being sealed inside with a 'click'. The hum of engines could be heard, the geometric forms of a set of light_freighters preparing to launch. The rumble of the engines tossing debri it to the air swirling, creating tiny vortexes of dust from the motes ash. They began to break atmosphere heading towards the sky trying to jump all the while the fleet above prowled.

Kay did need to breathe. She wasn't prepared for all of this right now. People were dying, her people and all because [member="Flannigan Mcnash"] and [member="Cadan Tazi"] held a grudge against her. Of course it was warranted, but still, she hated having control of a situation ripped from her like that.

[member="Crucifere Sin"] was oddly calm, but then most of the top military leaders were. She watched him walk past her and leave the holding cell before she turned to Frecker. "I don't know if you are allowed to follow my orders or not, but it would be in our best interest to not cause Cadan anymore injury....Please."

Her commlink was going off, but she couldn't hear it well because of the alarms, so she went back outside. Once it was quieter, she let the message from Batou go through. Salvation? Weep tears of joy for him? Red?? [member="Gray Raxis"] sure knew how to pick them. She sent the crazy fool a message back; "I don't think that you'll get that kind of a welcome from me, but you will have my thanks. Just get here as soon as you can and help protect the Commenori that are trying to reach safety. Please."

Screams in the distant city caught Kay's attention. She lowered her commlink slowly as she stared, unable to do much but watch. Help was coming. Commenori were already getting to their shelters, while some were escaping on their ships to head to other parts of the planet. Everything seemed centralized to Chasin City. There were no attacking ships. Only [member="A.D.A.M."] fell from the sky. But what crashed into a building, she wasn't quite sure. More than likely she would find out.

And then the message came through to her. Flannigan wanted to talk to her. She clenched her jaw and closed her eyes for a moment as she centred herself, to breathe. Now to find out what his demands were. Kay brought up her commlink, sending out a message to all frequencies as she wasn't sure of which signal the Jackal was using. "Hello Flannigan...This is Kay." She saved any snarky comments to herself. Now was not the time.
