She listened to Lossa and her need to alter the environment... which made the jedi master beam with delight practicvally as she had several things that could do that.. it would all come down to what she wanted in the end... and then Caltin was asking a question and she turned to look at him. "Caltin... this might be difficult to hearr." She said it and looked at the other jedi in the room as she bowed her head. "Romi rejoined the force at Coruscant, I only learned about it on the trip back here with herr station." She said it and went for comforting voice over moving to be near him.. the man was like four times her size. She remained where she was and held a hand out as she focused brigning a tissue to her fingers to offer it to him. "It will not be easy but we can learn from her example... or we can wait. Sadly several jedi masters have had a habit of passing in fights and return a week later fighting against their old allies or secretly go into a retirement." She shrugged and after many years she had seen it from Darrron to Ben to a handful of others.

The arrival of new faces brought her attention away from Cerys. Especially when Caltin made it clear he had not yet heard the news.

"Ah feth." The mask of decorum fell away with a whispered curse. Well aware the core values the Vanagors held dearest having witnessed those values with Connel. Fairly certain she would be made to excuse herself from the room shortly for what was likely to be another surprise. Watching Matsu move beside Caltin and attemp to comfort the larger being. Her attention shifting to Lily before settling on Cerys.

Unsure how to prepare her for whatever Caltin might do.

Her hand gliding over the Omnilink hidden beneath her sleeve to press the only active button there. An electronic summons sent to the Droid minding her daughter as Lossa stood and moved beside Caltin and Matsu.

"A meeting was meant to be had with Cortana and the Master's before the announcement was made." Speaking further on it felt like she would be making excuses. Wanting to get the new arrival situated and occupied with other matters had been her undoing. Unable to beat the arrival of news regarding Romi before she could arrange that meeting.

And taking the impromptu lesson of priorities to heart for the future. A polite bow given to the guests who had arrived as she tried to guage the Elder Vanagor's reaction to the news.

Was Caltin Vanagor that predictable?

Of course he was.

Romi was killed? During the attempted invasion of Coruscant? The big man noticed, and did appreciate Matsu's attempt to console him, it had no chance of being successful. The offered tissue was received, but only because the tears that were present were in short supply. They were also not out of sadness.

It was out of fury.

An anger that percolate, bubbled up, overflowed, a rage that erupted. He was vibrating so violently with anger, he was at full tilt with energy. Romi Jade was a Jedi Master, a legendary one in fact and deserved the dignity of her choices, those responsible will come to justice.

“‘Justice'… not ‘Vengeance’.”

Looking the direction of Cerys Dyn , he spoke.

My apologies for my behavior. This is no manner of a first impression of this facility that you should be exposed to. You will get a fine education and sense of purpose here.

Looking around and meeting everyone eye to eye he nodded.

Was Caltin Vanagor still angry? Was a Ronto stubborn?

As he turned to leave, the only question is… “What is he going to do?”

Cerys took a step back from the larger Jedi. His anger was clearly on display. She found her hand bumping into her lightsaber hilt, but she did not draw it. All the other Jedi were just standing there.

Anger is not the Jedi way, she thought but kept to herself.

What she felt though was an increasing discouragement with what she found within the new Jedi. It only served to add more credence to the mantras of her late Master.

Cerys jumped with a start when Caltin directly addressed her. She simply nodded, accepting his apology. As she watched him leave, her hand let go of the silver tube on her waist.

”I…think…I will do my laundry…”

SHe listened and felt Caltin as she observed Cerys hand and remained there. Eyes remaining on the woman but Caltin was going now and she bowed her head. Her voice coming out while she checked on a few things but remained there. "He wears his emotions too easily." Staying there for a moment as Cerys talked about her laundry. "Do you need a change of wardrobe while you wait for it to be cleaned?" THe jedi master said it and clasped her hand sin front of herself when she looked at Lossa who was talking about how she had planned to tell Cortana first but this had happened. A bow of her head. "From my experience this will not be good, remind her of the good, remind her that her mother will always be with herr when she touches the force." SHe said it while turning back and not making a visible thought about Chora but remained stoic with her mind a sealed box.

A little surprised that nobody tried to stop him, Caltin made way to the archives. It was there that he searched for (and found) some holo-records of… The late Romi Jade . It was a generalized record of her past exploits recorded by librarians. This would do perfectly. A little more searching and he found something else, a transcript of the Pantora prosecution of her. That will not do, it was a character assassination.

More research was needed.

A couple of hours had gone by and little to nothing that would fit what he was looking for. All “nice” information and a timeline of her work with the various organizations of Jedi she was a part of. One last grasp at a straw, the big man ran a general HNN search.

This.is.PERFECT.

What Vanagor found was various quotes and observations about the late Hapan royalty. Jedi and Sith alike, all observations were objective, powerful and amazing.

Finally leaving the archive, Vanagor made his way to her… what was her office. There were a couple of more things. items that would fit what the big man was looking for. Her datapad detailing her skills. A holo-image of her, a little excessive maybe, but finally… one last thing.

Perfect.

Vanagor was still angry, but this was more important. Leaving a note that he had everything was missing, and if they wanted to see what he was doing, they could find him at the South Entrance.

The news of Romi Jade's passing was something that hit everyone around her like a truck. She could feel the differing feelings and ways people were handling the news. While Lily had not really known the Jedi Master, she knew that her mentor had been very close with Romi and it had been clear at Lossa's knighting ceremony of how close Romi had been with Lossa. The impact of this would be massive and felt for a long time. However, she knew that Cerys would not feel the loss in the same way that Lily was not as devastated as others who knew Romi far better than herself. Lily looked over to the fellow Padawan when the mention of laundry was brought up.

"I can take Cerys to the laundry room. I have got to do my own. Would not be proper to keep wandering around in sweaty clothes." She smirked to Cerys, "also be a chance to get to know one another. Perhaps know what your preferred style of Lightsaber Form is." Lily tried to avoid asking another person to spar with her, she didn't want to seem too keen.

And there would always be time to ask later, when there were less faces around her.
