Description: While such a large caliber was originally designed for game hunting and as defense against large predators, the Jako-Hunter was created for war despite what its name might suggest. As heavier armor made with more exotic materials became increasingly prevalent, heavier and higher velocity rounds were needed to penetrate, which the Hunter delivers in spades with a variety of ammunition. Firing a 350gr round at speeds up to 700m/s, only the best of armors can withstand a straight-shot at close range. That isn't to say the Jako-Hunter isn't without its downsides, it has a pitifully small capacity of just five rounds and the rate of fire is somewhat slow as the shooter has to re-aim after each thunderous shot. It is also large, heavy, and the ammo is expensive. However, the weight along with the shaped grip and compensater all help reduce the recoil to much more manageable levels. Multiple ammunition types and a cylinder allow the user to select a loaded round on the fly. And a rail allows for the mounting of lights, lasers, or any other under-barrel attachment. As the force push power of the Jakobeast is generated in its horns, using its tusks for grips grants no special properties.
Ammo types include: Depleted baradium armor piercing, explosive deuterium, 'pyro' slugs, 'mercy' gel stun round, target ball, hollow point, and flechette slugs.
