The meeting had been adjourned, and the Jedi had gone their separate ways for the time being. There had been agreements and disagreements, things broached, some shut down, some agreed to. While they made progress, Josh honestly couldn't help but feel that more could have been done. What was with these people and their damned pride in wanting to be separate from other Jedi in every form possible? It made no sense to him. He pondered the possible reasonings behind it as he walked... Was it perhaps hanging onto their different tenants, that probably wouldn't have been made to change most likely anyway? Or was it a desire for power, wanting to keep positions that they might not entirely have the same advantages of in something more unified? If the latter was the case... Then perhaps the influence of the Sith was being felt much more then he had anticipated...
Regardless, Grandmaster Labooda didn't need him for the moment, so the Jedi Master had gone his own way - alone as he always seemed to end up being in the end of just about everything. That was fine with him, of course. It was nothing new to him, whatsoever. He wandered the halls for a little while, just allowing himself to lose himself in the view, letting his thoughts travel and wander. He had come out of the meeting with both satisfaction and frustration. For some participants, he came out with trust, for others... Honestly, there were people he just could not trust, as much as he wanted to. Some, he knew why. Others.... Just a feeling. And the last time he had a feeling, he'd been correct in not trusting them.
If only he'd been able to do something with his distrust in Master Apparine before she had turned on the Jedi. Of course... He was already long gone from the Order by then - in disgust from their conduct. There really was nothing he could have done.
