I'm just wondering, are Jedi in this era forbidden to be married as well?

There isn't really a structured organization that houses all Jedi on this board and timeline.

Some factions might be opposed to it, but as far as I know the New Jedi Order in the Galactic Alliance and the Silver Jedi Order don't forbid such a thing.

I think it all depends on the Order of Jedi you join. There are multiple branches, depending on which faction you join, so there's no united front on the issue. I think it's safe to say, most, if not all active Jedi organisations on this site allow their membership to marry.

Kind of tried to avoid going that far, but maybe I can find a way to do that and not really fall to the dark side.

Being at the center of a potential international incident is a good start.

Accidentally off the wrong person and suddenly kicking you out is the alternative to war.

It's quite a fluid issues, and there are some instances of Jedi actively amending the usual rules. There are times where the Jedi tolerate, and even work with Darksiders, and there are other Sith wannabes to acheive goals.

I know for a fact the Silver Jedi explicitly purged their ranks of Darksiders who had latched onto that were booted.

Could be that your characters exiled because of an doomed tryst with a Sith?

Or as my main man [member="Malok"] suggested, karking with international politics is also a good way to be exiled.

I suppose I could always have her exiled on the basis that the Jedi believed her to be walking the path of the dark side due to some kind of misunderstanding that was never really reconciled?

Sounds like the Jedi through and through. It's totally feasible, but ultimately, it's your choice.

Just posted my character sheet here. If anything's wrong with it, just let me know. Also, I'm not trying to depict the Jedi in a negative light or anything like that. I just needed a good reason for them to banish my character.
