It the goal is to raid Beskar, then it's typically done as an open skirmish.
But doing a simple set of duels that happens to take place on Mandalore is logical way to do an alternative option.
Just keep in mind... it's normally Sith that swing by Mandalore and try to steal our stuff.
If the Jedi Order starts behaving the same way, it just gives the Mandalorians more reason to be pissed at the Republic/Jedi and will make the Alor Council consider cracking down on the activities of non-native force users operating within the Mandalorian borders. Like... a number of eyebrows will be raised in the direction of Clan Rekali over the incident. Though the Rekali's will likely respond with "Mandalore ain't Yavin. It wasn't our job to keep them behaving themselves."
Either way. I have some new toys to break in. So swatting around a few beskar thieves might be fun.
