The base was built by Firemane, but now is no longer operated by them since that company and SJO have parted.

However, I'm assuming that SJO has continued to operate the vehicles and defences purchased from Firemane. [member="Coci Heavenshield"] and [member="Thurion Heavenshield"] can confirm this.
