STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :
+/+Marksman- John is a good shot with guns. He has had more practice than he cares to think about with the weapons and because of it developed a talent for the activity.
+/+Techy- John has had to slice into more than a few doors and safes. This has lead him to becoming a bit of a techy. He is not the best at messing with technology, but he is better than most in his line of work.
+/-Morals- Life has not always been good to John, so he has developed a more neutral sense of morality. He is loyal more to credits than he is to ideals, so he is willing to take on nearly any job so long as the pay is good enough. His loyalty once hired though is firm.
-/-Blunt- John doesn't believe in subtly when dealing with others. He will say what he thinks regardless of if it will hurt others feelings.
-/-Unyielding- John does not believe in compromising. If he needs something from others they either give it to him or he takes it for himself.
John is much as you see him, a tall brown haired human male with light blue eyes. He has scars all over his body from blasters and vibroblades. He has a tattoo on the upper part of his right arm with a pistol inside of gear wheel.
John was born to human mother and half human, half nagai father. Both of his parents worked for the Galactic Republic, his father a soldier and his mother a police officer. Life was good for him and his family on Coruscant in his youth, despite his father being taken away from home for extended periods of time. He attended a military school while living with his mother and was well on his way to following in his father's foot steps as an officer. All of this changed for him however shortly after he turned 15. The One Sith launched an attack on Coruscant and claimed the entire system for themselves. John's mother did her best to help people during this time, but ultimately lost her life in the line of duty. His father went MIA during the battle and it was assumed he had died fighting off the Sith troops as well.
John barely managed to escape from Coruscant in a shuttle with other students from the same military school. Their shuttle was intercepted by slavers looking to take advantage of the chaos following the invasion, and the students were taken. The slavers made it all the way to Nar Shaddaa, but were ambushed shortly after landing by anti-slavery militants. John found himself freed not long after he was captured, but he was far from Republic space now and alone for the first time in his life. He did everything he could to survive the vice filled streets of Nar Shaddaa for nearly a year before he suddenly was reunited with his father.
John and his dad lived together in an apartment after they reunited. Life had improved slightly, but was still hard. His father had taken serious damage in the fighting, which included the lose of an eye, his left arm, and a limp on his left leg. Because of this, his father could not find work outside of basic security work in factories. John did his best to make up for it by taking whatever work he could get to help keep them both fed and housed. It was made even more difficult as his father began to develop issues with spice, alcohol, and gambling. It seemed that as soon as John could get some extra credits to get them ahead, his father had spent it on his vices.
Life went on like this until John was 21. His father finally died from an overdose. It hit him hard when this happened despite how much of a burden his father had been, but it came with a silver lining. John finally was able to begin saving up his extra credits. He eventually could buy some basic armor and a blaster, and put his old skills to use. He began to work as a bounty hunter and mercenary for whoever had the credits to pay him. This life lead him to a job on Naboo that did not go well. It was suppose to be a simple escort, take the guy to the place and back. It went smoothly until they got to the place, but from there it went south fast. The employer lied about who they were meeting and it ended up with them shot before John could react or suspect it. He then had to escape with his life. The ship he came to the planet on was blown up as he got to the docks, and he ended up having to steal a ship to make it off world.
Since that job, John became more picky about his jobs but has not stopped working as a mercenary and bounty hunter. Someone had stolen his identity recently. They were going around stealing, hacking, and causing problems for people using his name and his face. He decided to track the person down and do something about it....
