Jotham Noktis is renowned for his stoic, intelligent, and calm demeanor.
Even with the blade of a lightsaber once pressed against his neck, he remained relaxed and confident throughout, but is noted to be very distant and lukewarm to those that're 'close' to him. Jotham is exceptionally cunning and intelligent, and is easily capable of laying elaborate traps for both his political and military enemies. As a result, Jotham is an exceptionally-gifted military strategist and tactician which has caused for him to completely soar through the ranks of the Imperial Navy as a result of his aptitude. In addition, Jotham is an astute analyst of affairs, as this bleeds over into his Imperial Naval Career, where he leaves very little things to chance, involving several contingent layers of security, explicit communication, obedience, and general orderliness. Jotham is an accomplished philosopher and orator with his written publications on the necessity of a reunified galaxy for peace, prosperity, and unity. In addition to his already esteemed academic portfolio, Jotham is a connoisseur of both human and alien art and antiquities, and has even publicly spoken of interest in opening a society based around the collection and preservation of art. Although having grown up the first son as a minor noble, Jotham possesses a distinct distaste for the idea of high nobility, as his noble house, House Noktis, suffered from being an especially minor noble house as a result of the devastation of the Gulag Plague, as he feels it as his duty to his family's name to reunite the galaxy, as it all shattered his family name and inflated self-image as a child. As such, Jotham is caught in a perpetual narcissistic victim complex, where he's consistently under the impression that he's always the victim, and that he always has the insatiable obligation to prove his worth. In addition to his negative traits, Jotham possesses certain sociopathic tendencies, as is evident from his ruthlessness and cold utilitarian mindset, where Jotham lacks any sympathy or empathy an individual who has nothing to contribute to society.
Although he is truly a calm, diligent, and collected man - an untamed emotional storm written in the blood of resentment and envy boils beneath his very surface.
STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
Strategic
Jotham Noktis possesses sharp powers of judgement, an astute and pragmatic mind, that translates especially well into the tactical field. It's well understood that no plan survives first contact, but Noktis' resume says otherwise, as he's a proven and exceptionally gifted military strategist and tactician. In addition, as expected from his centralized galactic government philosophies, Jotham is exceptionally well-organized, orderly, and methodical; he’s completely relentless and incredibly efficient in the field of logistics and supply-chain management. He believes firmly in the idea of a hierarchy in all things, as in addition, Jotham expects thorough documentation and attention to organization among his insubordinates, and is an excellent judge of character. Jotham Noktis leaves nothing to chance.

As a result of prolonged isolation, Jotham Noktis possesses many delusions regarding his place in the galaxy, including, but are not limited to himself, his family name, the galaxy in of itself, and the Gulag Plague. As a result, Noktis displays certain symptoms of narcissism, but no formal diagnosis has been made.

Jotham Noktis possesses an extraordinary level of intellect in relevance with his strategic mindset. He is an exceptionally cunning individual and sees no moral fault in deceit and ruthless scheming. He is capable of easily assessing both his military and political opponents. In addition to his cunning, Jotham Noktis is also exceptionally well-educated individual in the realm of academia, having studied at a number of Galactic universities, as well as an upbringing in a private military school for officers. He is well-versed in a multitude of galactic languages, cultures, and works of art from a wide variety of backgrounds and historical settings. He is capable of recalling very finite details, as he possesses a very intricate and long-lasting memory - especially any memories where a wrong was done against him.
Aloof
Jotham would rather spend time alone in his office contemplating and brooding his thoughts, than give motivating speeches to his subordinates, or develop better connections with his fellow military personnel and Inquisitorius.
Diligent
Jotham Noktis is a diligent man, and although he is on the off-hand devoted to the empire with the means of proving his worth, he's firstly devoted to the Empire out of obligation to his house's name, along with the Imperial ideals that reflect his vision for the galaxy.
Sociopathic
Although not impulsive, Jotham covertly possesses a cruel, haughty disregard for intelligent sentient life as he typically sees them generally too unfit to rule themselves, and indeed require a more intelligent and overarching governing body to eventually see true innovations in their society come through at a stable and rational level. As a result, this has bred and manifested into a cold utilitarian mindset for Jotham, where Jotham possesses certain sociopathic tendencies, and a lack of sympathy or empathy for those that've nothing to contribute to society.

As is required from him in his physical work environment, Jotham Noktis, applying his education and intellect to bodily improvement, is an exceptional physical specimen in his strength, endurance, and agility, as identified from his personally designed and intense workout routines and drills.
APPEARANCE:
Jotham Noktis stands at the height of six-foot-two, and possesses a muscular, athletic build, with a pair of broad shoulders. His hair is black and relatively short, and his face is cleanly shaven and handsome with the defined features of a noble; his cheekbones are considerably high and well-defined. Strong facial expressions are not commonly seen on the face of Jotham; he adorns a prominent resting-queen face. His skin tone is pale, and his eyes compliment this complexion with a prominent tint of blue. Formally, Jotham wears his Imperial Naval Uniform, custom-made, with phrik and armorweave; he wears the indicators of a Rear Admiral. On the cliffs of his shoulders and back, Jotham wears a formal dark armorweave cape. In a holster attached to his uniform's belt, Jotham has a DT-29 Heavy Blaster Pistol at his disposal.
BIOGRAPHY:
Jotham Noktis was born on the nobility-inclined planet of Naboo, where he was born the first son under the noble house of House Noktis. Naturally, Jotham was the first in succession.At an early age, Jotham became familiarized with the nature of politics and governance. However, more importantly, the son was overtly praised by his parents as a result of being the first succession, more so than his two other younger siblings, and was done so as a means to install confidence in the youth. However, as a result, Jotham developed an inflated self-image. In his youth, Jotham could’ve been seen as narcissistic; he believed himself to be above the other noble children, even though House Noktis were a much lower noble house, although Jotham was a considerably higher functioning child for his age. Jotham excelled in his early learning, and was considered far smarter than his classmates that were of nobility. Jotham, however, took an interest in ancient galactic history, and was fascinated with the concept of a feat being so fantastical that it could seemingly echo in time forever, but was most importantly struck with the realization that House Noktis had been on the extreme decline since the start of the Gulag Plague. Even as a youth, Noktis was a practical sort - he always quite rationally saw the world through the haves and have-nots. Unfortunately, reality had set in at some point, that Jotham wasn’t really all that superior in the grand scheme of things on Naboo as he was a very minor house, and that broke his heart to an extent. It all started to seem unfair. Jotham was confident, collected, professional – more so than anyone else - but people were above him – because they had the money, they had the influence, and they had the namesake of their house to prove it. Jotham saw his peers had the haves, and he always seem to have the have-nots. In his adolescence, Jotham developed a warped view of Naboo, and the Galaxy he lived in.
Jotham later petitioned his parents for a private military education for future officers, and after which they obliged his request, and later onward, excelled further in school, as he graduated the first in his class, as he showed an exceptional aptitude in tactical thinking. However, it was a boarding school, and Jotham spent very little time with his parents, and as a reaction, his emotional and compassionate senses became numbed, as his parents made a critical error in thinking their child had enough 'confidence'. Although, truly, Jotham had nothing to be upset over; he was tall, intelligent, and handsome. However, this level of frustration, resentment, and boiling anger continued to fester inside the already deep rooted resentment to those that were above him. At his coming of age, Jotham liquidated his share of his family’s finances and assets, and personally sent himself into exile to the scholarly institutions with the scholarships he'd amounted from his incredibly successful early scholar days. He has since visited and attended a wide array of universities across the galaxy studying in biology, chemistry, physics, history, all with an emphasis on political science, as he became an accomplished philosopher and orator for the reunification of the galaxy. Jotham pushed through all of these subjects with the same drive that he innately had as a child, that derived from this narcissistic need of being recognized as the best, and in the grand scheme of things, the desire to restore his family's house-name to it's previous glory as he believed. He later went into service with the emergence of the New Galactic Empire in the Department of the Navy, as they heavily represented Jotham's ideas of a galactic-governing body and a place in the venerable halls of galactic history for his battered and maltreated house, House Noktis.
In 851 BBY, represented the Galactic Empire and the Imperial Powers at the contingency's incursion at Tartarus, in a large-scale fleet battle that involved a variety of other major galactic factions. Noktis later orchestrated, and successfully executed a raid in the approximate AJ-27 Galactic Hex of the Silver Jedi Order at an operational-scale. His efforts, alongside the more important figures such as Grom Cardan, Tanomas Graf, and other Imperial powers, would later, as calculated, inspire the succession of the then-separated Silver Jedi Order planets, effectively halving the territory the Silver Jedi Order held under their jurisdiction. Noktis attended the Felacat Ball that announced the cooperation between the Galactic Empire and the Felacatian Royal Family, subsequently, he deftly swindled durasteel building planets from an unsuspecting duke of nobility, and covertly transferred the plans to Imperial Intelligence. He later took part in the Imperial incursion on Zenith Prime, against the self-appointed Warrior-King, Garkur. With an especially successful year for his career under his belt, Noktis, was then later promoted to the rank of Rear Admiral.
