Material: Durasteel hilt, and shaft emitter with lightsaber components and the Sith Crystal

Classification: Lightsaber Katana

Size: One, or Two handed. Depends on the fighting style.

Length: Normal Length of a Lightsaber

Weight: 1.4 kg (the blade itself it an emitter and thus a little heavier than the average lightsaber)

Special Features:
- Slices faster than a regular lightsaber through flesh and bone
- Sheath held Lightsaber
- Sharp Energy Point
- Low Glow Effect

Description: The Lightsaber Katana is, at best a melee weapon best fit for a sword fight. Whether or not this is an original idea by Julian matters little, only the fact that it probably does a better job slicing up people better than you average lightsaber is all that matters. The design holds a line emitter all the way to the point that allows a very focused beam to be create the katana look of this weapon. Two off the bat flaw designs include incapable of blocking blaster bolts and one sided blade design. Nor can it pierce thick metal walls, and water disrupts it. Besides these things, this weapon is amazing in a fight of one on one. When turned off, this weapon can do nothing at all. The long metal shaft is just a emitter. To carry it effectively, a sheath is needed that can be worn on the back, or on the side. This lightsaber can block other lightsaber's with it's energy side.

[member="Julian Viles Rekali"], I'll admit I was a bit curious about this when i saw this, but it's a finely balanced sub. I do have a conceptual question about the blade itself.

Is the slicing thing faster at cutting through material? Or more of a faster swing?

For the sharp point, is that the energy part of this blade or the physical?

As to answer these question directly, I would believe flesh and bone, walls and stuff are it's enemies

The point is the lightsaber itself, not the emitter or any metal.
