Hello I'm Comrade Rabbi. I am insanely new to rp. How do I change my profile pic or get a signature?

When you go to your profile, click 'Edit My Profile', your photo will be the first thing you see.

If you want a signature, put up a request for one in the Art forum, here. There will be examples of requests you can look at there.
