H I S T O R Y

Kat never had a difficult day in her life. Born on Christophsis under Confederate rule, she grew up in a good house with a father who had a high enough job within the planetary government.

Her mother was the bleeding heart type. She always had her hands in some kind of charity work or took part in some kind of activism. Her favourite pet project was to pester the mining companies to treat their workers better and to work more sustainably. It was always a subject of big discussion at the dinner table in the Alkas manor.

Eventually, her mother's efforts with planetary issues started to rub off on Kat who started working on ideas to approach these issues from a corporate perspective. Appeal to the corpos in a language that they would understand instead of getting on their nerves. So the girl ended up going to business school.

It was in her final year in college that she heard about this new company that had sprouted up on Denon that had a "For the people" approach. So, upon graduating, the ambitious woman set out for Denon to find out what Hex Incorporated was all about. It didn't take too long to become a PA within the budding company.

She ended up sharing her vision for Christophsis and the rest of the Galaxy to none other than Braxton Holst one day after walking into the man with a stack of different datapads. It didn't take much explanation before the young woman of 22 was virtually heralded out the door by Holst himself with a "go and make it a reality for Hex" and a bunch of resources.

So the young woman built the dream she and her mother shared - rehabilitating mined areas, rebuilding infrastructure and advancing renewable energy. It started on Christophsis, outsourcing to other planets under Hex's operations. It soon grew to walk hand in hand with Hex's other subsidiary - UniMine.

Now, about 10 years down the line, Kat is a corporate force to be reckoned with as AgriCorp excels not only in the rehabilitation of mining areas but also in the innovation, promotion and installation of renewable resources and infrastructure.

Kat is a fast thinking, fast talking, fast walking, charismatic woman that would stop at nothing to see something through. She doesn't take no for an answer either, as she's as stubborn as a mule.

Despite the corporate mind she had built over the years, she's still a caring individual with a desire to make the Galaxy a better place for the normal person. She also has a fun side that never really faded after college as well as an impish nature.

• Charismatic: Kat can talk a dog off a meat wagon if the need calls for it
• Goal driven: She has her goals and visions and would do what it takes to achieve it.
• Shrewd mind: Kat is as sharp as a whetted blade and not easily manipulated into something - especially not if it messes with her own vision
• Caring: Despite her privileged upbringing, Kat has a soft heart when it comes to the less privileged or the oppressed and she would do what she can to help them
