Map Location: Located along the outer parts of the Rimma Trade Route, Kesh stands in a place in which the control of resources in that area are likely to come through the planet itself. Events: [Links to significant planet events such as dominions, skirmishes, invasions, gallas/balls, tournaments, or forum events may be listed here with a brief summary of no more than 5 sentences for each.]

  • The New Leadership - 838 ABY - Link
Solan Charr arrives on planet with a small fleet of ships, moving to set up a base near the great forests in the central parts of Keshtah Minor. The man meets a native woman who after helping him would split ways and Solan would go on to remove the corrupt leader of the planet. Shortly after setting in place the new government of his own.

[*]Arrival of the Black Rose - 844 ABY - Link
  • The Arrival of the Black Rose on the planet, prompting the current king to give them a home for the time so to sate any desire to take over the planet they may have. Prompted the first meeting between the new Keshiri government and the Rose leaders, ended in obscurity.

[*]A Winter Ball on Kesh - 844 ABY - Link
  • Hosted by the current king of Kesh, a ball was held in the closing of the planetary year as a way for things to be calmer and to allow for many to meet and understand those while making connections at the event. Holding little interplanetary importance, it ended calmly and without incident.

[*]Removal of the Black Rose - 845 ABY - Link
  • The waning of Black Rose influence soon created an opportunity for the Planetary Government of Kesh to remove the Black Rose Instillation known as the Haunting ground from existence and then soon after the re-purposing of the Naval Academy they built into a Keshiri Military Base instead, thus removing them from the planet best the Keshiri could.

[*]Improving the Defenses of Gyn - 845 ABY - Link
  • After the Removal of the Black Rose's presence, the government of Kesh began to highly militarize its newer cities of Gyn, Lyst and Mareth. All done to further strengthen the now independent planet and hopefully deter lesser forces from trying to impose themselves on the planet. Work done to the cities also helped to spread the idea of the Confederacy caring for the populace within the organization, though it is a hollow effort at the time due to the small amount of member planets.

Locations:
  • Lyst, City of Beauty - Link (Completed Codex App)
One of the five major cities on the planet. Set on Alanciar and one of the three recently created cities at that. Covering an expansive amount of land as it is, the city of Lyst continues its coverage over the coastal valley that it was constructed at. It reaches a great deal that it can easily encompass several smaller cities within it and still have room.

Being an industrial highway for the continent of Alanciar as well as its main port and trade center, this city is greatly maintained and beautiful as seen by its name. Kept in such a picture perfect fashion due to its security and military past as well as through the ability to work without restriction it has even a dystopian feel to it without the actually oppressiveness of a government commonly associated with dystopian like settings.

In no way does it remain without poverty with that said, though due to the makeup of the city as well as its structure, stable living and rations like in Gyn are given out in an even more effective manner as well as a low crime rate simply because of the dangers associated with such.

With all that, its military past is the most overbearing part of its set up. Structured in such a way that the main military complex, a fourth of the city devoted to the military complex, it remains the single most expansive military academy and citadel on the planet. In addition to its size remains the number of both residents and trainees in this sector at any one time, numbering two million normally with spikes from time to time depending on the dangers presented to the world or the city itself.

The main portion of that sector being devoted to the Imperial Army and Navy of Kesh, with a smaller portion devoted to the Shadow Legion itself in which to train and live with their families. In addition to simple living space and barracks, the military base itself maintains more than three dozen hangers in which to situate fighter squadrons and other ships of no larger than a Corvette. It also maintains a vehicular lot containing numerous tanks, walkers, speeders, and other weapons of war. Its armories are situated throughout this sector to allow for soldiers to readily be armed in case of emergency or training.

  • Gyn, The City of the Sky - Link
The first of the three recently created cities, set on the continent of Keshtah Minor, it serves as the main spaceport for the planet and a major trade port to further the growth of the planet.

The City itself is a large and expansive metropolis that takes up a great deal of space along the banks of the Ragnas Lakes and Marisota river. Situated on what were plain lands it contains a thriving economic and cultural base for which its growth is continually expanding.

The first and most noticeable feature of the city remains the heavy air traffic that moves between the spaceport and outer orbital stations. Such Air traffic is due to most of the planet’s natural resources and trade comes through this and its sister city of Lyst on the continent of Alanciar. Such resources as durasteel and refined metals being a large import through the city to numerous factories and shipyards on the planet and above it. Exports seen leaving the city are generally smaller crafts and as well as land military vehicles as the larger crafts produced by the planet’s shipyards above the planet and as such shipped out directly from them.

Being that trade is extensively important for the city, the spaceport remains the single largest and one of the most heavily watched security wise. Taxes on exports and imports are enforced for the simple reason of being needed to help the city itself expand as greatly as it already has in recent years. With those taxes also comes the smuggling and that leads to far less legitimate means of criminal trade. Such including black market weapons trade as well as slavery. These two crimes being highly despised by the inhabitants of the city as a whole it has been strongly enforced an anti slavery security force that is continually seen patrolling. Given full authority to seize violators of such it is quite hard to get living cargo in or out of the port.

In addition to this, a major source of income for many of those would be in the manufacturing and construction fields as the city is constantly expanding for reason of the slums being reduced as efficiently as possible in order to make the gap of wealth as small as possible. With that said, there is still a large gap between the wealthy and the middle class due to the fact of the key businesses operating in the city becoming massive figures in the society.

The city’s sectors are also set in such a way to further provide order to the city, the lower class area given its name by its residents is aptly titled the Ragnas Slums, followed by the general population residing within the Hidden Gardens Sector of the city. A Place in which the middle class is surrounded not only by the homes and apartments of others but retain the beauty of their world through gardens and artistic creations. From there moves onto the private living sector of the upper class, rather a collection of mansion sized plots of of land than a true housing sector being that there are only a dozen or so homes in the area.

Furthermore, the city further acts as a political neutral ground due to its political sector being comprised of an embassy for both the Confederacy of the Outer Rim and the Covenant of the Black Rose respectively. With each extra-planetary government having embassies there is also a truly interplanetary neutral ground in which those other planets and overarching governments may talk with Keshiri representatives and political figures in a safe location that is outside of any jurisdiction that kesh itself or the Covenant may impose.
  • Mareth, The City of the Sea - Link (Codex App uncompleted)
The youngest and smallest of the five major cities on Kesh, this one acts as a more resort and laid back center for the planet. Even so much as to be a cultural center that focused on the old and the past of the planet. It serves to be a place that focuses more on the past and even takes a step away from such in only one way. The City exist purely at sea, away from both Alanciar and Keshtah Minor, thus allowing it to have a populace mixed from both the continents.

[*]Tahv, The City of Glass - Link (Canon site)
  • Tahv is the City of Glass, Capital of Kesh and Cultural landmark of the planet. One of the most defended spots on the planet as well as one of the most scarred by continuous war over the centuries. Notable locations include the Circle Eternal, a vast garden recreated by the King of Kesh as well as the numerous crystal and glass statues throughout the city that have been there for Millennia.

[*](Former) Black Rose Naval Academy - Link
  • Naval Academy for the Rose. Seized by the Government of Kesh after their removal.

Of course! We're not as pressed for timeliness here in GUIDE as they are in CODEX or FACTORY. As it stands, if you get those two links added in this is well enough for publishing. You can always add more things later.
