I did those changes you asked for. also just a side note of curiosity, Is the rating for defense or armament like the ratings for speed and maneuverability? As in the lower the rating the better it is?

Yes and no.

Like all ratings, they're used primarily for comparative purposes.

Higher ratings are better for armament and defense. They are also comparative to ships of the same general size. In this case, these ratings are for a heavy cruiser, like the Victory-class Star Destroyer in the template. A Victory-class Star Destroyer has an armament and defense ratings of 16, so this ship is somewhat more powerful than it.
