SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Etheric Residue – Traces of Kiev'ara's lost connection to the Force linger within Kov'dra, giving it an eerie, almost unsettling presence to Force-sensitive individuals. This residue manifests as a faint, whispering hum when struck.
  • Frictionless Surface – Kov'dra's molecular structure makes it incredibly smooth, preventing most substances—such as dirt, grime, and even blood—from adhering to its surface for long periods.
  • Void-Hardened Alloy – The metal does not corrode, rust, or weaken over time, allowing artifacts forged from it to remain intact for centuries without maintenance.

STRENGTHS
  • Force-Resistant – Strongly resists Force-based manipulations, making it an excellent counter to Jedi and Sith combat tactics.
  • Lightsaber Durability – Withstands plasma-based weaponry, making it ideal for melee weapons and armor designed to engage lightsaber-wielding opponents.
  • Superior Kinetic Protection – Absorbs and disperses kinetic energy, minimizing the impact of physical attacks, whether from blunt weapons, high-velocity projectiles, or shockwaves.
  • Combat-Adaptive Properties – Kov'dra blades seem to "remember" and adjust to an opponent's attacks over time, subtly increasing a wielder's ability to counter and parry.
  • Long-Lasting Craftsmanship – Weapons and armor made from Kov'dra remain effective for centuries, making them heirlooms of great value.
  • Environmental Resilience – Naturally resistant to the harshest conditions, including deep space exposure, extreme cold, and high-energy impacts.

WEAKNESSES
  • Heavy Material – Due to its density, Kov'dra is more suitable for strong warriors and is poorly suited for those relying on agility and speed-based combat.
  • Difficult to Forge – Requires advanced techniques and high temperatures to shape, making it incredibly rare and costly to produce.
  • Ineffective Against Non-Force Users – While highly effective against Jedi and Sith, Kov'dra offers no special advantages against non-Force-sensitive opponents..

DESCRIPTION
Kov'dra is an ancient and revered metal, forged from the remnants of Kiev'ara, a world that once thrived under the guidance of its warrior-kingdoms before being cast into eternal darkness. This rare material was the foundation of Kiev'arian armaments, crafted into weapons and armor wielded by warriors in their struggle against the Rakata. With the destruction of Kiev'ara's sun and the violent severance of its connection to the Force, Kov'dra underwent an irreversible transformation, taking on properties that make it one of the most formidable materials in the known galaxy.

One of its most remarkable attributes is its high resistance to the Force. While not entirely immune, Kov'dra significantly weakens Force-based manipulations directed at it. Telekinesis struggles to grip it, mind-affecting powers falter when trying to influence its wielder, and Sith alchemy cannot easily corrupt it. Kov'dra resists the unnatural energies of both the Light and Dark Side, making it a prized resource for those who seek to counter Jedi and Sith alike.

The metal's physical resilience is equally exceptional. It is naturally lightsaber-resistant, capable of withstanding prolonged contact with a plasma blade without melting or warping. Blaster bolts and energy-based weaponry are similarly less effective against Kov'dra, as it disperses energy rather than allowing full penetration. Its density also grants it superior kinetic resistance, absorbing the force of physical strikes and reducing the impact transferred to its wielder.

Beyond its defensive qualities, Kov'dra possesses a combat-adaptive nature, making it a terrifying weapon in battle. When engaged in repeated combat against the same opponent, particularly against lightsabers, the metal seems to subtly "remember" and adjust to their attacks. It does not have sentience, but warriors who wield Kov'dra weapons often report feeling as though the blade guides their hand, learning how to parry and counter more effectively over time. This effect is particularly disruptive to Force-users, as Kov'dra has an unnatural ability to interfere with precognition and predictive combat techniques, forcing Jedi and Sith to rely more on instinct rather than foresight.

However, Kov'dra is not without its limitations. The material is exceptionally rare, only found in the ruins of Kiev'ara, a planet drifting through the void of deep space. Mining the metal is a perilous task, requiring operations in freezing, oxygen-deprived conditions, where the very act of extraction can prove deadly. Kov'dra is also difficult to forge, requiring extreme temperatures and specialized forging techniques that have only been partially recovered from Kiev'arian records. Furthermore, it is a heavy metal, making it unsuitable for those who rely on agility rather than brute strength.

Unlike other exotic materials, Kov'dra does not decay over time. It retains its integrity and resilience indefinitely, making weapons and armor forged from it virtually eternal in their durability. Some theorists suggest that Kov'dra still carries traces of its ancient wielders, subtly reinforcing its user's instincts in ways beyond conventional explanation.

Coveted by the Lilaste Order and the Diarchy, Kov'dra is closely guarded and reserved for only the most elite warriors and sacred relics. Though the age of Kiev'ara has passed, its legacy endures in every blade, shield, and armor piece crafted from this unyielding metal, ensuring that those who bear it stand unbroken against the tides of fate.

Thank you! Here, you still mention extreme resistance, I'd like to ask you to edit/reword it:
Extreme Environmental Resilience – Naturally resistant to the harshest conditions, including deep space exposure, extreme cold, and high-energy impacts.
And in the weaknesses you mention it is a rare material, but the Mass production not reflect this. I'd like to ask you (reccomend) to modify the production to Limited. The limited reflects the most what you wrote in the sub about the material (the Force resistance, Etheric Residue, Disrupts Force Precognition, Rare and Hard to Acquire and Limited Production).

MANIAC MANIAC was hoping for minor or mass produced, any segments i can change to reflect that specifically? i mostly did this between breaks at work so i inherently apologise for these blatent mistakes and counter intuitive wordings. i must have changed my mind several times about htis metal in the process of its making lol

It is not a problem :) If you delete the limited weakness, and this part:
Disrupts Force Precognition – Creates an unnatural resistance to Force-users' battle instincts, making it harder for them to predict and react to incoming strikes.
in that case it can be Minor or Mass.
