Greetings and welcome, galactic citizens! And welcome to Kuat Drive Yards catalogue! This list will be updated with every item from every KDY-Company that is available for sale to the general public. Those not listed may be purchased through a private contract, but some will be listed for availability through contract or other requirements. Be sure to check out our new Loyalty System: Besh Credits! Through purchase of our catalogue, contracts, agreements, support, any system of action with Kuat Drive Yards may reward you with Besh Credits, which you can use freely to aqcuire KDY items, no catch. We want to offer customers a way to obtain their favored KDY items, but we understand not everyone has the money, resources, or ability. Kuat Drive Yards also does not recognize the inflation of credits, and handle Galactic Credits in their own way. Upon a requested purchase with credits, an individual may be investigated thoroughly to validate their assets. And remember, there are some individuals we may not do business with. Check our public Affiliations list. If you choose to be secretive, it may limit the available information which is required to investigate individuals. Secretary - Administrative Diplomat and Representative of another organization that is paid by KDY. Helps connect others with KDY, assisting in contracts, staying within the organizations laws, and a voice to bring KDY, and the organization they are loyal to, together.
Chief Operation Officer - A COO Position is available for any KDY company. It can be seen as limited operational permission of said company, which allows the COO to operate the company as if they own it, without any official document saying they do (Which means they can be stripped of the title if they aren't doing the company justice). The COO can do almost anything with the permission of the President.
Treasurer - Mostly a roleplay fluff position, there is always a Treasurer in every KDY company. They make sure we don't go into debt, sometimes accompany meetings to see if a contract will make profit, and have limited access to the funds of the Company they are employed to.
Company Shares
Shareholders will receive a percentage of any credit-value profit gained by any Contract made from any KDY Company, equal to their percentage of shares in the company. They also gain half the percentage of their share when any item is publically purchased from any KDY Company if they hold 5% or more in shares.
Shares are sold in pieces of .1% at around a hundred-thousand credits per. All Shares purchases are investigated, and are strictly sold in small amounts. Over time, an individual or organization can purchase more shares. If you wish to purchase shares, for you or yourself, you should have publically available proof-of-worth through a large company or organization. Providing evidence is not required, but will make the purchase go along much faster, and may improve relations/affiliation towards trust.
