You are going to have to explain this better or present a canon example of such a thing. Saber crystals could do much but they generally do not mutate a person holding them.

When Installed In a Lightsaber, produces blades that swing twice as quickly as a normal Lightsaber

Given a lightsaber blade is weightless the swing speed is not produced by the blade itself but the users ability. It is why duel phase sabers that could be so massive were swung slower cause they needed to adjust for the length of the blade.

Grants the user night vision

Same with breathing underwater this will need further explanation than just does it.

All and all this is interesting but as always effects should have some sort of explanation to them and tie into it. This seems much more random and just to gain an advantage in some way.

Sith talismans were created and their effects designed by the crafter. This is meant to be naturally occurring. From the bare bones explanation of it this sounds like it will always be active as opposed to something focused on and requiring concentration. Do you have a canon source of natural force crystal achieving this effect? If you want to change it to being something created from crafting like a talisman than expand on that but it wouldn't be able to be both.

Well, I said the effect was similar to Sith Talismans, but imperfect, hence why it only protects against non conventional. I could make constant concentration a requirement if it would help and remove the increased swing speed
