Ayhan frowned. Deeply, as Aris answered his question. So, the Firronthix were simply built wrong. Or perhaps, correctly, depending on how you looked at it. Glorii Te probably considered them to be utter successes. They'd slaughtered each other, just like he'd wanted. And since then, Ayhan had slaughtered many in the name of the Alliance. Glorii Te would've been proud, had he been paid.
But, at the end of the day, that trait is what made Ayhan who he was. Did he want to experience emotions more like Zaiya, or Mahsa? Did he want to know what it was like to cry tears of sadness and joy. There was no answer. And Ayhan had yet to find the care to ask that of himself. Hard questions like that were better left for older, wiser days.
For now, he would just content himself with continuing to walk along side his more expressive friends. And Aris.
