Biography:
Leskie is the youngest of 5 siblings and the only girl in the household asides from her mother. The Tomiet family has a long history of serving within the First Order's Stormtrooper Corps. Leskie's father, grandfather, great grandfather and 4 brothers all willingly became Imperial Stormtroopers. Leskie, however, disliked direct combat and instead opted for the Imperial Navy, breaking family tradition.

From a young age, she knew she was different from the rest of her family. Leskie watched, appalled, as her brothers bullied other children and got into fights. Their father always encouraged such behaviour, saying it was all part of boys growing up. He was disappointed but not surprised that his daughter frowned on their activities. In Leskie's teenage years, her father attempted to teach her to shoot with poor results. Leskie eventually broke into tears, unwilling to shoot a bird her father had selected as a moving target.

In spite of the strained relationship, Leskie still wished to please her family and her nation but the idea of front line combat, of see the fear in a enemy's eyes, of hearing their dying screams, was far too much for her. It was better she serve from a distance where she could at least try to separate the explosion of a ship from the sentient lives within it.

Leskie enlisted directly from school where she'd received strong grades and into the officer's academy at Avalonia where she passed with competence though not exceptionally gifted. She now serves the First Order navy, a small cog in a vast military feared across the galaxy.


Strengths:
(+) Good instincts - it's just a feeling but if something feels wrong, Leskie will act on it.

(+) Attractive - When you have a pretty face, the galaxy can be a lot more cooperative

(+) Not afraid to flee - "Evacuate? In our moment of triumph? If that's what you recommend, better safe than sorry after all."

(+) Computer whizz - Her typical ship duty is at a computer console, she's trained extensively with them

Weaknesses:
(-) Emotional - Leskie has a good heart. She is loath to take human life. This puts her at odds with her duty in the First Order military from time to time.

(-) Limited combat training - basic officer training asides, Leskie has no love for weaponry and no natural talent for it. She may fire a pistol but anything more advanced is beyond her.
