Whilst I appreciate the concerns and completely understand our need for some better communication methods, we shouldn't use Skype as a medium.
If people want to add each other on Skype then nothing's stopping them but the problem with mediums like Skype is not everyone has access to it. Some of us have Chromebooks, slow computers, or tablets (the mobile app sucks). One fact that remains, however, is we all have access to this forum. If you're a member of The Primeval, then you have full access to our faction's forums and are free to communicate with our members.
It's not perfect and I know for some people OOC usage of the forum tends to be overwhelming, but it's honestly the best option we have and I believe we're taking this for granted. Look at what this one thread has accomplished, guys. You've been awesome and each of us has provided our own insight to decide on the direction for our faction. We've done that without the need for a Skype chat.
Certainly some more direct lines of communication can help, and if anyone wants to add me on Skype they can( sams0knite ).

(Obviously this would call for a development thread, a species submission, and the creation of new PC characters. However, the thought of brutish, vicious, pantheon-loving beasts being our iconic enforcers gives me chills. And yes, Orcs. Anyone down for this?)

Bannermen, the Wrath of Sargon
I've been mulling over the Bannermen angle I suggested quite a bit today, and what I came up with was the following. In the same manner that Savage Oppress was elevated by the magicks of the Dathomirian Witches, those of Mirial deemed "worthy" will be corrupted by our own rituals. The chosen Mirilians will be force sensitive (otherwise known as "possessing the Gift of Sargon" in our Lore). They will possess strength surpassing that of an average Human. Their minds will be twisted, bent, and broken: resulting in vicious warriors hellbent on bringing all under the banner of Sargon.They are his Bannermen. They are his Wrath.
